Claims (1)

  1. 비트라인 등화 및 충전 펄스와 리드 데이터라인을 등화하는 펄스를 로우어드레스 변화와 리드시 발생하는 펄스 발생기(8)와, 비트라인 등화 및 충전회로(7a)(7n)와, 메모리 쎌(6a),(6n)과 프리센스앰프(4)와, 라이트 인에이블 신호를 입력하여 이를 소정시간 시간 지연하여 두개의 펄스를 발생하는 라이트 버퍼(1)와, 상기 두개의 펄스를 입력하여 라이트시에는 입력 데이터를 출력하고 리드시에는 한쌍의 라이트 데이터라인을 하이로 하는 라이트 드라이버(2)와, 상기 프린센스앰프(4)와 접속된 리드 데이터라인을 소정 기준정압으로 유지하기 위한 기준전압 발생기와, 상기 리드 데이타터라인의 전압차를 증폭하여 출력 데이터를 출력하는 센스앰프(9)를 구비하는 반도체 메모리 장치에 있어서, 상기 라이트 버퍼에서 출력하는 두 개의 펄스 중 하나를 입력하여 상기라이트 인에에블 신호에 의해 리드동작이 개시되는 초기에 라이트회복 펄스(φWR)을 발생하는 라이트 회복회로(3)와, 상기 펄스(φWR)로 상기 라이트 데이터라인(WDL)을 등화 및 충전 하는 회로(5)와, 상기 펄스(φWR)로 상기 리드 데이터라인을 등화하는 수단(24)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
