제 1 도는 일반적인 SRAM의 셀, 센스엠프 및 데이터 출력버퍼회로도, 제 2 도는 일반적인 어드레스 입력단 및 단펄스 발생 회로도, 제 3 도는 일반적인 단펄스 조합회로도.

Claims (1)

  1. 단펄스조합회로의PX,PY 신호로 얻어진신호와 센스앰프 인에이블 신호 발생부 (A)의SAP신호가 등화제어부(E)로 입력되게 연결하고, 등화제어부(E)의 출력이 제1,2,3 센스앰프 등화신호 발생부(B,C,D)로 입력되게 연결하여, 데이터 증폭시, 센스앰프 등화용신호에 의해 센스앰프의 출력이 등화상태로 유지되게하는 것을 특징으로하는 SPAM의 센스앰프 등화회로.
