Claims (24)

  1. 진행하는 제품, 충전된 튜브를 가로로 파지하고 밀봉하여 불연속 패키지로 만드는 다수의 이격된 씨일링 장치를 가지는 패키지 성형, 충전, 씨일링 기계에 사용하기 위해 폴리포일 웨브를 밀봉된 패키지로 씨일링하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 전자기 에너지원 ; 웨브변부가 겹쳐진 관계로 종방향으로 정렬되도록 폴리포일웨브를 진행시키고 조작하는 수단 ; 전자기 에너지의 원에 반응하여 특정한 제1전자기장을 가지는 제1유도코일 ; 하나의 가로코일이 각 씨일링 구조와 조합되어 있고, 각 가로 코일이 전자기 에너지의 원에 반응되며 특정한 제2전자기장을 가지는 다수의 가로코일 ; 제1유도코일이 연결되고 에너지를 발생시켰을 때, 제1유도코일이 충분한 강도를 가져 제1유도코일에 가까운 폴리포일웨브의 겹쳐지고 제1전자기장을 받는 변부에 전류를 유도시켜 폴리포일 웨브를 가열하여 폴리포일튜브를 형성시키도록 제1유도코일을 연결하고 에너지를 주는 수단 ; 가로유도코일이 연결되고 에너지가 주어졌을 때, 가로유도코일이 가로유도코일에 가까이 있고 제2전자기장을 받는 파지된 폴리포일에 전류를 유도시켜 패키지형성을 위해 가로로 파지된 폴리포일튜브를 가열하기에 충분한 강도를 가지는 제2전자기장을 발생시키는 수단을 포함하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 웨브를 진행시키는 수단이 웨브를 연속적으로 진행시키고 각 씨일링 구조는 씨일링 죠오와 엔빌죠오를 포함하고, 씨일링 죠오는 가로코일을 내장하고 씨일링구조는 아무런 상대운동 없이 폴리포일웨브를 가로로 파지하고, 차례로, 일정한 거리로 이격되어, 인접 씨일링 구조가 그들 사이의 패키지를 파지하도록 되며 ; 또 폴리포일 웨브와 적어도 장치의 일부분을 소독하기 위한 수단을 포함하며 ; 제품충전된 튜브가 가로로 밀봉될 때까지 폴리포일과 장치의 부분을 유지하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 장치.

  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전자기 에너지의 원이 준위를 변화시킬 수 있는 출력을 가지고, 상기 출력준위는 제어신호에 반응하며 ; 제1유도코일을 연결하고 에너지를 주는 전술한 수단과 가로코일을 연결하고 에너지를 주는 수단이 전자기 에너지의 원에 제1유도코일을 전기적으로 연걸하기 위한 제1카플링수단과 ; 전자기 에너지를 가로코일에 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 제2카플링수단과 ; 전자기 에너지 원의 출력을 조절하기 위해 제어신호를 만들어, 제1유도코일이 에너지 원에 연결되었을 때 제1유도코일이 제1전자기장을 발생시키고, 가로코일이 에너지원에 연결되었을 때 가로코일이 제2전자기장을 발생시키도록 만드는 회로수단을 포함하며 ; 전술한 제2카플링 수단은 전자기 에너지의 원에 전기적으로 연결되고 특정한 제3전자기장을 가지며 에너지 원에 반응하는 제3작업코일과 ; 하나의 제4작업코일이 각 씨일링 구조와 조합되고, 상기 구조의 가로코일에 전기적으로 연결되도록 배열된 다수의 제4작업코일과 ; 제3작업코일과 제4작업코일을 연결하고 분리하기 위한 수단을 포함하고 ; 전술한 제3작업코일과 제4작업코일을 연결하고 분리하기 위한 전술한 수단이 이격된 관계로 다수의 씨일링 구조를 수용하도록 된 구조를 포함하며 ; 상기 구조에 가깝게 제3작업코일을 장착한 하우징을 포함하며 ; 각 씨일링 구조의 제4작업코일이 제3작업코일에 의해 발생된 제3전자기장의 유효범위내로 또 바깥으로 지나가서, 유효범위내에 있을 때, 상기 제4작업코일과 조합된 가로 코일내에 제2자기장을 발생시키도록 전류가 유도되고, 범위밖에 있을 때는, 제3전자기장이 제4작업코일에 실질적으로 전류를 유도시키지 않아 가로코일이 제2전자기장을 발휘할 수 없도록 만드는 구조를 진행시키기 위한 수단을 포함하며 ; 전술한 구조는 다수의 씨일링 죠오를 수용하는데 적용되는 플랜지를 가지는 그의 축을 중심으로 회전시키도록 하는 원통형 휠을 포함하여 다수의 제4작업코일이 같은 평면에 배열되도록 함을 포함하는 장치.

  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1유도코일이 진행웨브의 반대측 상에 위치된 그의 권선(turn)의 반을 가지는 유도코일을 포함하고, 권선은 제1전자기장에 의해 에너지가 주어졌을 때 마주보는 가열된 폴리포일층을 한데 압박하는 씨일영역내의 마주보는 금속포일층 사이에서 전계된 자기적 인력의 실질적인 힘을 발생시키도록 되고 직렬로 연결되어 있으며 ; 전술한 제1유도코일은 중앙으로 경사지고 전기적으로 접지된 코일이며 ; 여기서 각각의 다수의 가로코일을 또 씨일 영역에 걸친 폭보다 얇은 두께를 가지는 전류도체분절을 포함하는 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제1유도코일을 연결하고 에너지를 주기 위한 수단과 가로코일을 연결하고 에너지를 주기 위한 수단이 제1유도코일을 연결하기 위한 혹은 다수의 가로코일의 하나를 연결하기 위한 수단을 포함하고 ; 제1유도코일을 연결하고 에너지를 주기 위한 수단을 포함하여 다수의 가로코일의 전부가 연결되지 않고 에너지를 받지 않게 되었을 때만 후자가 제1전자기장을 발생시키도록 하고 ; 다른 가로코일과 제1유도코일의 전부가 연결되지 않고 에너지를 받지 않았을 때만 전술한 한 가로코일이 제2전자기장을 발생시키도록 다수의 가로코일 중 하나만 연결하고 에너지를 주기 위한 수단을 포함하여, 상기 장치가 이에 의해 종방향 씨일분절과 가로씨일을 선택적으로 형성하고 종방향 분절은 겹쳐져 종방향 씨일을 형성하도록함을 포함하는 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 가로유도코일을 연결하고 에너지를 주기 위한 수단이 후자가 예정된 위치를 가로지르고 신호를 발상시킴으로써 가로코일의 존재를 탐지하기 위한 수단을 포함하고 ; 신호에 답하여 미리 선택된 크기로 전자기 에너지의 소오스에 에너지를 주기 위한 제어 회로수단을 포함하며, 탐지된 가로코일에 전자기 에너지의 에너지 원을 연결하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 에너지 소오스가 제1소오스이고 ; 폴리포일웨브를 진행시키고 조작하기 위한 수단이 웨브를 접어 웨브의 변부가 겹쳐지는 관계로 배열되게 하고 ; 제1유도코일을 여자하기 위한 수단이 제1유도코일을 전자기적 에너지의 제1소오스로 여자하여 제1유도코일이 폴리포일분절을 가열하도록 제1유도코일에 근접한 폴리포일웨브의 겹쳐진 변부에 전류를 유도시키기에 충분한 강도의 제1전자기장을 발생시키도록 하고 ; 또 전자기적 에너지의 제2소오스를 포함하며 ; 각 씨일링 장치는 씨일링 죠오와 엔빌죠오 사이의 폴리포일튜브를 가로로 파지하기 위해 작동되어지고, 각 씨일링 죠오는 제2전자기장을 발생시킬 수 있는 각 가로코일을 더 포함하고 ; 또 가로코일을 여자하기 위한 수단이 전자기적 에너지를 가진 다수의 가로코일을 한번에 하나씩 예정된 시이퀀스로 여자하여, 다수의 가로코일중 하나가 폴리포일튜브를 가로로 가열하도록 압축된 폴리포일튜브내에 전류를 유도하기에 충분한 강도의 제2전자기장을 발생시킴을 포함하는 장치.
  10. 전자기적 에너지의 소오스, 제1인덕션코일, 다수의 이격된 씨일링장치를 가지며 상기 각 씨일링장치는 폴리포일튜브를 가로파지 및 씨일링하기 위한 씨일링 죠오와 엔빌죠오를 포함하고 인접씨일링장치들 사이에서 패키지를 형성하며, 상기 씨일링죠오는 해당 씨일링죠요가 씨일링위치에 있을 때, 파지된 폴리포일튜브에 근접하도록 장착된 가로 인덕션코일을 가지는 패키지형성기계로 사용을 위한 제품을 함유하는 씨일된 패키지로 폴리포일의 웨브재료를 씨일링하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 웨브의 종변부가 겹쳐진 관계로 배열되고 제1인덕션모일에 극히 근접하여 지나가도록 웨브를 조작하고 진행시키며 ; 제1인덕션 코일을 전자기 에너지의 소오스에 연결하여 제1인덕션코일이 폴리포일튜브를 형성하도록 변부의 길이를 한데 씨일링 하기 위해 제1전자기장을 받는 폴리포일웨브변부를 가열하기에 충분한 강도와 기간동안 제1전자기장을 발생시키도록 제1인덕션 코일을 전자기 에너지로 여자시키고 ; 튜브를 제품으로 충전하고 ; 튜브를 씨일링장치로 가로로 파지하고 ; 파지된 씨일링장치의 가로 인덕션 코일을 전자기 에너지 소오스에 결합하여 연결된 가로인덕션코일이 튜브의 영역을 가로로 씨일링하기 위한 제2전자기장을 받는 가로로 파지된 폴리포일웨브를 가열하기에 충분한 강도와 기간동안 제2전자기장을 발생시키도록 연결된 가로인덕션코일을 전자기장 에너지로 여자시키고 ; 가로로 파지된 씨일링장치의 제1인덕션 코일과 가로 인덕션코일중 하나를 교대로 연결하고 여자시키고, 전술한 교대의 연 결과 여자중에 상기 웨브를 진행시키고, 이에 의해 폴리포일웨브를 종방향으로 씨일하여 튜브를 만들고 제품-충전된 튜브를 가로로 씨일링하여 밀봉된 패키지로 형성하는 과정들을 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 제1인덕션코일이 여자되었을 때 모든 가로인덕션코일에 의해 제2전자기장의 발생을 피하도록 가로인덕션코일의 전부를 디카플링하는 과정을 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 제1인덕션코일을 디카플링하고 또 다른 가로인덕션코일을 디카플링하여 가로인덕션코일중 하나가 여자될 때 다른 가로인덕션코일에 의해 제2전자기장의 발생을 피하고 제1인덕션코일에 의해 제1전자기장의 발생을 피하도록 하는 과정을 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 제1작동코일이 전자에너지의 소오스와 직렬로 직접연결되고, 제2작동코일이 제1인덕션코일과 직렬로 연결되며 제1유도코일을 연결하는 과정이 제1작업코일을 통과하는 전류가 제1작업코일과 제1인덕션코일내에 전류를 유도시켜 제1전자기장을 발생시키도록 제1작동코일을 제2작동코일에 유도감응식으로 연결함을 포함하고 ; 가로인덕션코일중 하나가 여자되었을 때 제1전자기장의 발생을 피하도록 제1 및 제2작동코일을 디 카플링하는 과정을 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 제1작동코일이 전자기장 에너지의 소오스와 직렬로 직접 연결되며, 제1작동코일은 제1작동코일을 중심으로 가동될 수 있는 자석재료의 제1하우징을 가지고, 제2작동코일은 제1인덕션코일과 직렬로 직접 연결되며, 제2작동코일은 제2작동코일 주변에서 가동될 수 있는 자석재료의 제2하우징을 가지며, 제1인덕션코일을 연결하는 과정이 제1자석재료 하우징을 제1작동코일 주변에서 또 제2자석 재료 하우징을 제2작동코일 주위에서 제1 및 제2하우징이 근접하여 제1 및 제2하우징을 전자기적으로 연결하도록 하고 따라서 제1작동코일을 통하여 지난 전류가 제1 및 제2하우징 사이의 트랜스포머 효과(transformer effect)에 의해 제2작동코일에 연결되도록 움직임을 포함하며, 가로인덕션코일의 하나가 여자되었을 때 제1전자기장의 발생을 피하도록 트랜스포머를 최소화하게 전자기장 연결로부터 제1 및 제2자석하우징을 움직이는 과정을 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 각 가로인덕션코일은 수식인덕션코일에 전기적으로 연결되고, 폴리포일튜브를 가로로 파지하는 과정이 구조물상에 이격되어 떨어진 관계로 다수의 씨일링장치를 장착하고 ; 튜브가 진행하는 데로 구조물을 진행시키고 ; 튜브가 연속적으로 안정하고 다수의 씨일링장치에 의해 파지되도록 예정된 위치에서 튜브를 중심으로 엔빌과 씨일링죠오의 각 셋트를 폐쇄함을 포함하고 ; 제3작동코일 전자기장 에너지의 소오스와 직렬로 전기적 연결되고, 가로인덕션코일을 연결하는 과정이 구조물은 여자될 가로인덕션코일에 연결되는 수식인덕션코일이 제3작동코일에 극히 근접되게 옮겨지고 유도감응방식으로 연결되어 제3작동코일을 통하여 지나간 전류가 제2전자기장을 발생시키도록 연결된 수식인덕션코일과 가로인덕션코일에 전류를 유도시키게 되도록 진행시킴을 포함하고 ; 제1인덕션코일이 여자되었을 때 제2전자기장의 발생을 피하도록 제3작동코일과의 유도감응결합으로부터 수신코일이 움직여 빠져나오도록 구조물을 진행시키는 부가적인 과정을 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 전자기 에너지의 소오스의 전력출력준위를 제어하여 제1전류크기가 제2전자기장을 발생시키는 기간의 제1시간동안 제1인덕션코일에 공급되고, 제2전류크기가 제2전자기장을 발생시키는 기간의 제2시간동안 가로 인덕션코일에 공급되도록 함을 더 포함하고 ; 여기서 전자기적 에너지의 소오스는 제어신호의 크기에 반응하여 조절될 수 있는 출력준위를 가지며 ; 제어신호를 전자기 에너지의 소오스에 구비하여 소오스의 출력준위를 제어하는 과정과 ; 폴리포일길이가 튜브로 씨일링될 때와 튜브가 가로로 씨일될 때를 판정하는 과정과 ; 제1전자기장을 발생시키기에 적당한 출력준위에 해당하는 제1크기와 제2전자기장을 발생시키기 위해 적절한 출력준위에 해당하는 제2크기중에서의 제어신호를 선택하는 과정을 더 포함하여, 제1인덕션코일이 전자기장의 소오스에 연결되고 폴리포일변부길이가 씨일링될 때는 제1전자기장을 발생시키고, 가로 인덕션코일이 전자기적 에너지소오스에 연결되고 튜브가 가로로 씨일링될 때는 제2전자기장을 발생시키게 하며 ; 여기서 상기 선택과정이, 아무런 씨일도 만들어지지 않을 때 제1 혹은 제2전자기장의 어느 것도 발생시키기에 적합하지 않은 제3크기의 것으로부터 선택함을 포함하고 ; 또 상기 선택과정이, 제1인덕션코일과 가로인덕션코일이 전자기 에너지의 소오스에 연결되었을 때와 폴리포일변부의 길이가 씨일되고 또 튜브가 가로고 씨일될 때 동시에 제1전자기장과 제2전자기장을 발생시키기에 적합한 출력준위에 해당하는 제4크기로부터 선택함을 포함하는 방법.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 폴리포일웨브재료에 인덕션에 의해 씨일을 형성하는데 해당하는 씨일링 싸이클중에 철심변압기를 통하여 공급된 AC전원으로부터 제어가능한 출력전류준위를 가진 인덕션 발전기를 여자하는 방법이, 발전기 전류출력준위를 설정하기 위해 인덕션 발전기에 제1제어신호를 구비하는 과정과 ; 인덕션 발전기를 시발시켜 발전기가 제1 제어신호에 해당하는 출력준위에서 출력전류를 발생시키도록 하는 과정과 ; 인덕션 모일의 여자시간을 조절하여 철심변압기의 포화를 막기위해 AC전력파형(waveform)으로 인덕션 발전기의 격발(triggering)을 동기화하는 과정을 포함하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 동기화가 AC전력의 양의 절반 싸이클동안 인덕션 발전기를 여자하기 위해 60도와 120도 범위의 각도로부터 선택된 양의 위상각에서와, AC전력위 음의 절반 싸이클동안 240도와 300도 사이의 범위내의 각으로부터 선택된 음의 위상각에서 발생함을 포함하는 방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 인덕션 발전기의 격발(triggering)을 동기화함이 4밀리초 이내의 실제 격발신호로 씨일 싸이클을 기계타이밍 트리거에 동기화한 회로수단으로 인덕션 발전기를 격발함을 포함하는 방법.
  20. 제10항에 있어서, 폴리포일웨브재료의 인덕션 가열에 의해 씨일을 형성하는데 해당하는 씨일 싸이클중에 인덕션 발전기에 의해 발전된 전력준위를 탐지하는 방법이 인덕션 발전기의 출력회로에서 전류를 탐지하는 과정과 ; 출력회로에서 순간적인 전류흐름에 비례한 기준신호를 구비하는 과정과 ; 씨일링 싸이클중에 기준신호를 집적(integrating)하는 과정과 ; 트랙 및 홀드회로장치에 상기 싸이클의 끝에서 집적된 기준신호를 저장하는 과정과 ; 예정된 값에 저장된 신호를 비교함에 의해 발생되는 전력준위를 결정하는 과정을 포함하는 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 충분한 씨일을 만들기에 적절한 전자기적 에너지를 대표하는 예정된 값에 저장된 신호를 비교하고 ; 패키지가 진행하는 속도와 공지된 거리의 하부로 이격된 패키지를 제거하는 수단에 패키지가 도달할 때까지의 시간을 기록함에 의해 기계로부터 제거하기 위해 전기적으로 패키지를 표시하고 ; 저장된 신호가 예정된 값보다 작을 때 제거하기 위한 수단에서 표식된 패키지를 배출함을 포함하는 방법.
  22. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 기계가 폴리포일웨브재료의 공급으로 부터 무균 패키지를 형성하고, 충전하며 씨일하고, 전술한 기계는 스코링선으로 웨브를 스코링하기 위한 장치, 웨브소독수단, 소독된 환경영역, 튜브형성부분, 전자기적 에너지의 소오스로써 고주파 전원을 포함하고, 전술한 제1코일은 전원, 제품공급원, 원통형 구조물상에 장착된 전술한 다수의 씨일링장치, 전원에 가로인덕션 코일을 연결하기 위한 수단에 연결되며, 전술한 원통형 구조물은 씨일링장치를 연속으로 차례차례 가로로 파지되고 씨일링될 예정된 위치에서 충전된 튜브와 접촉하도록 회전되고, 파지되는 인접 씨일링장치 사이의 거리는 인접패키지들 사이와 절단수단 영역에 해당하고, 이 방법이 폴리포일웨브를 스코링하고 ; 폴리포일웨브의 제품접촉층은 이 웨브가 튜브성형부분을 통하여 소독환경속으로 들어가기 전에 또 들어가는 동안 바로 소독하여 그의 변부들이 반대로 겹쳐지도록 하며 ; 마주보는 폴리포일층을 녹여 한데 녹고 용접씨일을 형성하도록 만들기에 충분한 시간동안 고주파 전원으로 제1인덕션코일과 여자함에 의해 튜브를 형성하도록 마주보는 웨브변부를 한데 종방향으로 씨일링하고 ; 다수의 씨일링 장치중 하나로 충전된 튜브를 가로로 파지하고 ; 가로로 파지된 영역에서 열가소성 플라스틱층을 한데 융합하도록 마주보는 폴리포일층을 녹이기에 충분한 시간동안 파지된 씨일링장치내의 가로인덕션 코일을 고주파 전원으로 여자함에 의해 파지된 튜브를 가로로 씨일링하고 ; 폴리포일튜브가 냉각되어 용접씨일을 형성하도록 하는 시간동안 가로 인덕션코일이 여자되지 않고 그동안 씨일링장치가 용융된 폴리포일주변에 파지된 채 유지되고 ; 다음 튜브로부터 씨일된 패키지를 자르기 위해 씨일 영역에서 튜브를 절단함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 웨브의 조작이 웨브를 실질적인 3각주로 접어 한데 종방향으로 씨일될 변부가 마주보게 배열되도록 함을 포함하는 방법.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 대향된 웨브변부를 종방향으로 씨일링함이 한참동안 제1인덕션코일을 여자하고 ; 마주보는 내부 열가소성 플라스틱층을 저항으로 가열하고 또 유도감응식으로 가열하며, 연화시키고 녹이기에 충분한 강도로 폴리포일의 도체층에 전류를 유도하고 ; 한번에 한분절씩 가열된 웨브의 종변부를 한데 눌러 단일체 종방향 씨일을 형성하게 하여 인접한 분절들이 겹쳐져 연속씨일을 형성하도록 함을 포함하는 방법.
