Abstract

背景技术
产品标签对于就具体产品教会使用者如消费者起到重要作用并且在本领域中是为人所熟知的。通常,将多个标签附着到产品上,或者在产品包装中包括多个标签是必需的。例如,缝制承包商、缝制操作员、以及其他用户一般地将多个标签和其他物品同时缝制到衣服上。然而,难于保持多个标签或其他物品对齐,这导致了他们的生产能力的下降。此外,难于一次处置多个标签,导致不断的调整和重新布置这些标签的位置和对齐,并且导致缝制速度的下降。另外,如果这些标签对齐并且粘合到一起,会允许有更多空间来印刷多语言翻译、保养说明、材料成分等。因此,对于能够将多个标签对齐和粘合到一起以用于在缝入过程中容易地放置到衣服中的装置存在着持续的需求。
本发明披露了将多个标签焊接到一起而形成一个包或叠的手动声波焊装置,以及用于将至少两个标签焊接到一起的方法。该标签包将是对齐的并且对于缝制承包商或操作员易于处置的,并且也将提高缝制速度。在缝制操作的过程中,这种焊接将使多个标签保持在一起并且保持这些标签对齐。这种焊接的强度可被调整,使得可以撕掉顶部和底部标签而不破坏其他标签。因而,这种焊接装置将允许使用者无须持续调整和重新布置这些标签的位置和对齐,而将标签包安置到衣服中。
发明内容
下面呈现简要发明内容,以便提供对所披露的发明的某些方面的基本理解。本发明内容不是广泛的综述,而且也无意确认关键/重要的因素或界定其范围。其根本意图在于以简化形式呈现一些概念作为随后呈现的具体实施方式的前序。
本文披露和要求权利的主题,在其一个方面中,阐述了用于采用超声焊接和滚花头(knurled head)来将多个标签或其他物品焊接到一起的手动声波焊装置。该手动声波焊装置具有砧台和头部。砧台是将标签或其他物品放置在焊接装置上并且允许将高频振动从该焊接装置引导至标签或其他物品的恰当界面处的地方。该头部允许在压力下组装这些标签或其他物品。此外,该手动声波焊装置包括转换器、音波号角(sonic horn)或超声发生器(sonotrode)、以及电源,以便通过超声焊接来将多个标签封到一起。该电源以与转换器和音波号角的共振频率相匹配的频率传输出高功率AC信号。转换器将电信号转换成机械振动,并且音波号角将该机械振动施加至待焊接的标签上。该手动声波焊装置还包括启动该装置的双重安全开关。具体地,使用者将双手放在开关上并且同时压住和压下该开关来启动焊接功能。
在优选实施方式中,该头部的压力可以气动控制。使用者可以利用储气筒,该储气筒将向下驱动该头部抵靠标签。该储气筒通过螺线管阀门控制,并且使用者可以通过气压计和如本领域已知的其他控制机构来调整该储气筒的气压。使用者还可以通过手动调整螺母压力控制件来调整该头部的压力,这将影响焊接的强度。
本发明的另一方面阐述了将至少一个标签可移除地附着至第二标签上的方法。这种将至少一个标签可移除地附着至第二至少一个标签的方法包括将至少一个标签和第二至少一个标签初始定位在砧台上的步骤。接下来,将压力施加到该至少一个标签和该第二至少一个标签上。将接收的电信号转换成机械振动;并且然后利用音波号角将该机械振动施加到所述至少一个标签和所述第二至少一个标签中的至少之一上。
本发明还披露了通过以上所披露的声波焊装置焊接的多个标签。该多个标签可以包括以下材料中的至少一种:织物、热塑性材料、丙烯酸(acrylic)、尼龙、聚酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephalate)。该多个标签中的至少一个标签的至少一侧可以含有标记。在示例性实施方式中,这些标签被焊接成使得能够剥掉或撕掉顶部标签或底部标签,而不显著毁坏在该正被移除的标签下方或上方的标签,但这种焊接是足够强的,以便在反复洗涤或干洗的过程中保持这些标签粘附到一起。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图来阐述本创新,其中贯穿全文相似的参考数字用来参照相似的元件。在下面的描述中,出于解释的目的,描述了大量的具体细节以提供对其的透彻了解。然而,显而易见的是,可以无需这些具体细节时间本创新。在其它例子中,以方框图形式示出了一些众所周知的结构与装置,以协助对其的说明。
本发明披露了将多个标签焊接到一起而形成一个包或叠的手动声波焊装置。在缝制操作的过程中,该焊接将使多个标签保持到一起并且保持这些标签对齐。该焊接强度可被调整成使得可以撕掉顶部和底部标签,而不破坏其他标签。此外,该焊接装置允许使用者以所希望的次序将多个标签放置在该装置上,并且允许通过压住双重开关来启动该装置。在完成焊接功能后,这些标签就会理想地笔直联结且对齐在单一包中,准备用于缝入工序。
开始参见附图,图1和2图解了用于使用超声焊接和滚花头来将多个标签或其他物品焊接到一起的手动声波焊装置100。手动声波焊装置100包括砧台102和头部或压力件(press)104。砧台102是将标签或其他物品放置在焊接装置100上并且允许将高频振动从焊接装置100引导至正在进行联结的标签或其他物品的恰当界面处的地方。在优选实施方式中,砧台102此外包括可调整的栏挡(fencing)106,这种栏挡在焊接之前对齐标签或其他物品并且提供了恰当的堆叠。如图2所示,可调整的栏挡106可以定位在砧台102的至少一个侧面108上和/或在背面110上。与可调式相反,这种栏挡106可以是固定式的,或者一部分的栏挡106的可以是固定的而另一部分的栏挡106可以是可调整的,这取决于待焊接的标签或其他物品的大小和形状。
此外,手动声波焊装置100包括头部或压力件104。头部或压力件104允许在压力下组装多个标签或其他物品。典型地,头部104是滚花的或是有纹理的,这影响到焊接强度并且有助于使标签或其他物品以合适位置固定在砧台102上。另外,头部104的压力可以气动控制。使用者可以利用储气筒112,该储气筒将向下驱动头部104抵靠标签。典型地,储气筒112由螺线管阀门(未示出)或如本领域已知的任何其他适合的装置来控制。焊接装置100具有对于大致在100至120伏特之间的螺线管阀门的输入电压。使用者可以通过气压计114和如本领域已知的其他控制机构来调整储气筒112的气压。使用者还可以通过手动调整螺母压力控制件116来调整头部104的压力,这将影响焊接的强度。典型地,焊接装置100利用大致60至100psi(磅每平方英寸)的输入气压来进行储气筒操作。尽管如此,预期还可以使用其他已知系统如液压系统,而不影响本发明的总体概念。
手动声波焊装置100还包括转换器(未示出)、音波号角或超声发生器118以及电源,以便通过超声焊接来将多个标签封到一起。该转换器和音波号角118被具体地调制,以在相同超声频率下共振,像大致20、30、35或40kHz(千赫)。电源或电子超声产生器以与转换器和音波号角118的共振频率相匹配的频率传输高功率AC信号。转换器将该电信号转换成机械振动。
音波号角118将这种高频机械振动施加到待焊接的标签上。音波号角118垂直于标签地运行并且使得标签以静止砧台102的图案熔合到一起。具体地,由于在标签的表面之间的界面处产生的热量,焊接发生。超声能量使得标签之间的接触点熔化,在冷却时形成粘合或焊接。可以改变焊接时间,但是典型地焊接在大致0.25至0.5秒之间内形成。此外,音波号角118对于超声能要求大致在207至253伏特之间的输入电压。典型地,音波号角118输出大致36kHz并且大致在500至1200瓦特之间。
另外,手动声波焊装置100可以包括至少一个安全开关来使得该装置启动/停止(deactivate)。在示例性实施方式中,声波焊装置利用了用于启动/停止该装置的双重安全开关120。具体地,使用者将双手都放在开关上,左手在左开关上而右手在焊接装置100的右开关上。通过同时压住并且压下开关120,焊接装置100将会启动并且完成焊接功能。使用两个开关120还降低了在操作焊接装置100的过程中使用者的手或胳膊受伤的可能性。
图3图解了使用手动声波焊装置(图1-2中所示的)焊接到一起的多个标签300的示例性实施方式。与手动声波焊装置一起使用的标签300或其他物品一般地由织物(编织的亦或非编织的)、热塑性材料或膜状材料如丙烯酸、尼龙、聚酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)等制成,基本上对有色染料不接受。然而,可以使用如本领域已知的用于超声焊接而不会影响本发明的总体概念的任何其他适合的材料。典型地,标签300被用在织物衣服上如衬衫、短裤、裤子等。然而,标签300可以被附着到除了衣服以外的基底(substrate)上,而不会影响本发明的总体概念。此外,标签300每一个的两侧可以带有印刷的或编织的标记。印刷可以在将标签焊接到一起之前或之后完成。在优选实施方式中,标签在焊接到一起之前印刷。
通过手动声波焊装置100产生的焊接点(weld)302将标签300粘附到一起,并且其强度可以被调整,以使顶部层或底部层可被剥掉或撕掉,而不会显著毁坏在该正被移除的标签的下方或上方的标签。具体地,标签300被示出为总体上是矩形的,并且是通过焊接点302单独可剥离地粘附到一起的。然而,标签可以是任何适合于预期目的的形状。在图3中签也被示出为总体上相同的形状;然而,标签之间可以有形状和大小的改变。标签300通过焊接点302的连接优选足够强,以在反复洗涤或干洗过程中保持标签粘附到一起,然而该焊接点足够弱,以使任一个或多个标签300能从这叠上被手动拉掉或揭离而不破坏该叠的其他标签、或带有该标签的衣服或产品。
既然已经总体上阐述了手动声波焊装置的结构和配置,将讨论其操作。图4示出了将至少一个标签可移除地附着到第二至少一个标签上的方法的流程图。在准备操作本发明手动声波焊装置的一个实施方式中,使用者以期望顺序放置待被联结成一叠的单独的多个标签,,以便在缝入工序过程中放置到衣服或其他产品中。在步骤1,使用者然后将标签以它们所期望的次序放置在焊接装置100的砧台102上。具体地,使用者将标签抵靠砧台102的背面110上的可调整的栏挡或挡板106并且抵靠在砧台102的侧面108上的固定栏挡或挡板106放置,这保持该叠标签对齐。在一个实施方式中,使用者然后将单手或双手放置在至少一个安全开关上。在示例性实施方式中,该装置具有双重安全开关120。优选地,左手在左开关上并且右手在右开关上,并且同时压住且压下两个开关120。步骤2,将压力施加到至少一个标签和第二至少一个标签上是通过按压该双重安全开关120来完成的,这激励螺线管阀门(未示出),螺线管阀门将使得储气筒112充气并且在音波号角或超声发生器118的方向上向下驱动滚花头或压力件104,从而将标签夹在头部104与音波号角118之间。
接下来,在步骤3,转换器将电信号转换成机械振动。在步骤4,音波号角118然后将机械振动施加给正在被焊接的标签。该振动优选上下地或者一侧到另一侧地移动小于一毫米。超声焊接所使用的频率大致是在15至70kHz之间。对热塑性塑料的超声焊接致使塑料由于吸收来自音波号角的振动能量而局部熔化。具体地,振动总体上垂直于标签的平面并且摩擦热将温度提高到足以使得标签熔化。标签的界面被设计成使得熔化过程集中。超声能使得这些标签之间的接触点熔化,在冷却时这会产生粘合或焊接。可以改变焊接时间,但是典型地这种焊接大致在0.25至0.50秒之间形成。压下双重安全开关120,将使得储气筒112返回至起始位置或原位置,使得头部104收回,并且允许将焊接的标签从砧台102上移除。

Claims (10)
1.用于可移除地附着多个标签的声波焊装置,其包括:
砧台;
头部;
转换器;
音波号角;以及
电源;并且
其中所述电源传输电信号,所述转换器将所述电信号转换成机械振动,并且所述音波号角将所述高频机械振动施加至待被焊接的所述多个标签上,从而形成多个被焊接的标签。
2.根据权利要求1所述的声波焊装置,其中所述装置进一步包括至少一个安全开关,所述至少一个安全开关使得所述装置启动。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的声波焊装置,进一步包括储气筒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的声波焊装置,进一步包括螺线管阀门,用于控制所述储气筒。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的声波焊装置,进一步包括螺母压力控制件。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的声波焊装置,其中焊接强度使得能够撕掉顶部标签和底部标签,而不会破坏其他标签。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的声波焊装置,其中所述砧台进一步包括栏挡。
8.根据权利要求8所述的声波焊装置,其中所述栏挡的至少一部分是可调整的。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的声波焊装置,其中所述头部是滚花的或有纹理的。
10.根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的声波焊装置,其中,所述转换器和音波号角特别地调制成在相同超声频率下共振。
