Claims (5)

  1. 회전하는 병의 나사입구부로 조명하는 조명수단(10); 상기 조명수단에 의하여 조명된 상기 나사입구부의 투과 영상을 광전변환하는 광전변환수단(16); 상기 광전 변환수단에 의하여 광전 변화된 상기 투과영상 화면속의 소정영역을 미리 정해진 검출 방향에 따른 적어도 2점의 밝기에 의거하여 결함점을 검출하는 결함 검출수단(24); 및 상기 결함검출수단에 의하여 검출된 결함점의 수를 계수하고, 계수된 결함수에 의거하여 상기 병의 나사입구부의 결함의 유무를 판정하는 판정수단(26)을 구비한것을 특징으로하는 병의 나사입구부 결함검출장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 병의 나사입구부의 상기 투과영상에 의거하여, 상기 결함검출수단에 의해 검출되는 상기 소정영역을 정하는 검출영역 설정수단(20)을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 병의 나사입구부 결함 검출장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 병의 회전 각도를 검출하는 회전각도 검출수단(28)과, 상기 회전각도 검출수단에 의하여 검출된 상기 회전각도에 의거하여, 상기 판정수단이 결함을 판정함에 의거하여 다수의 검사화면을 결정하는 검사화면결정수단(30)을 더 구비한것을 특징으로하는 병의 나사입구부 결함검출장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기 판정수단(26)은 소정수 이상의 결함수가 있는 검사화면이 소정수 이상인지 아닌지에 의거하여, 결함의 유무를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병의 나사입구부 결함검출장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기 판정수단(26)은 전 검사화면의 결함점이 소정수 이상인지 아닌지에 의거하여 결함의 유무를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병의 나사입구부 결함검출장치.
