반추동물의 사료 첨가물을 피복하기 위한 조성물과 이렇게 피복된 사표 첨가물

Claims (11)

  1. 5와 같거나 5보다 큰 pH를 갖는 매질속에서 안정하고 3.5보다 적은 pH를 갖는 매질속에서 생물학적 활성 물질을 방출시킬 수 있도록 하는 염기성 아미노 공중 합체와 60℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는 소수성 물질(소수성 물질의 함량은 총 코우팅 질량의 50 내지 90%임)을 포함하는 반추동물에 대한 생물학적 활성물질을 피복시키기에 적당한 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 질소함량이 3 내지 14%인 염기성 아미노 공중합체가 하나 또는 그 이상의 비닐피리딘과 스티렌의 공중 합체인 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 염기성 아미노 공중 합체가 하나 또는 그 이상의 2-비닐피리딘, 4-비닐피리딘 또는 2-메틸-5비닐-피리딘과 스티렌의 공중합체인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 60℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는 소수성 물질이 지방산, 지방 에스테르 또는 지방알콜, 또는 2 또는 2이상의 이들 혼합물인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 소수성 물질이 스테아르산 또는 베헨산인 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 소수성 물질이 90%이상의 순도를 갖는 스테아르산인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 대전방지제, 살균제, 유화제, 융화유도제, 셀룰로오즈 에테르, 무기산염, 전분 또는 단백질인 보조제를 하나 또는 그 이상 함유하고, 보조제가 코우팅 조성물의 3중량% 또는 그 이하를 나타내는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 따른 코우팅 조성물로 둘러싸인 생물학적 활성 물질을 포함하는 핵으로 이루어진 동물에게 경구 투여하기 적당한 과립.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 코우팅 조성물이 피복된 과립의 5 내지 50중량%를 나타내는 과립.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 약제 화합물, 호르몬, 비타민 또는 아미노산인 과립.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 활성 물질이 메타오닌 또는 리진인 과립.
