Claims (14)
- (a) 메티오닌 가루, 결합제, 물의 혼합물을 형성하는 단계,(b) 상기 혼합물을 5m/s 이상의 높은 전단 속도로 혼합하여 과립을 형성하는 단계,(c) 상기 과립을 건조하는 단계로 구성되는 메티오닌 과립의 제조를 위한 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 메티오닌 가루는 부피 밀도가 300 내지 500kg/m3이고 충전 밀도가 500 내지 600kg/m3이고 150 마이크론 보다 큰 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 메티오닌 입자들이 40 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 셀룰로스, 전분, 하이드로콜로이드 검, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 설탕, 설탕 시럽으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 메티오닌 가루가 30 내지 82 중량%, 결합제가 0.3 내지 10 중량%, 물이 15 내지 65 중량%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 비이온 계면활성제들과 음이온 계면활성제들 중에서 선택된 계면활성제를 더욱 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 주기율표상의 I족과 II족 원소들로부터 선택된 염을 더욱 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 염은 염화나트륨 또는 메티오닌나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계들은 연속적 또는 일괄적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
