Claims (10)

  1. 에틸 셀룰로오즈에 대해 선택성인 유기용매 내의 에틸 셀룰로오즈 용액의 아세트아미노펜 현탁액(여기에서, 고형분 함량은 적어도 약 14중량%이다)을 분무 건조시킴으로써 수득되며, 분말의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 실질적으로 아세트아미노펜 약 60 내지 76중량% 및 에틸 셀룰로오즈 약 24 내지 40중량%로 이루어지는 분무 건조된 아세트 아미노펜의 치료용 분말.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸 셀룰로오즈를 적어도 26중량%의 양으로 함유하는 분말.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 추가로 보조제를 함유하는 분말.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 보조제가 감미제 및/또는 향미제인 분말.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 에틸 셀룰로오즈에 대해 선택성인 용매가 메틸렌 클로라이드인 분말.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 메틸렌 클로라이드 내의 에틸 셀룰로오즈용액 중의 아세트아미노펜 현탁액의 고형분 함량이 약 14내지 19중량%의 범위인 분말.
  7. 에틸 셀룰로오즈에 대해 선택성인 유기용매 내의 에틸 셀룰로오즈 용액 중의 아세트아미노펜 현탁액(여기에서, 고형분 함량은 적어도 약 14중량%이다)을 분무 건조시킴을 특징으로 하여, 분말의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 실질적으로 아세트아미노펜 약 60 내지 76중량% 및 에틸 셀룰로오즈 약 24 내지 40중량%로 이루어지는 분무 건조된 아세트 아미노펜의 치료용 분말을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 물에 의해 10초 이내에 붕해될 수 있는 고체상태의 경구 투여용 약제학적 제형에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나에서 청구한 치료용 분말을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고체 상태의 경구 투여용 약제학적 제형.
  9. 약제학적 물리의 단위용량을 함유하며 약제학적 물질에 대해 불활성인 약제학적으로 형용되는 수용성 또는 수-분산성 담체물질의 망상구조물 [여기에서 망상구조물은 약제학적 물질 및 용매중의 담체물질의 용액으로 이루어지는 조성물로부터 용매를 승화시켜 고체 상태로 수득한다]로 이루어져서 물에 의해 10초 이내에 붕해할 수 있도록 한 고체 상태의 경구 투여용 약제학적 제형에 있어서, 약제학적 물질이 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나에서 청구한 치료용 분말임을 특징으로 하는 고체상태의 경구 투여용 약제학적 제형.
  10. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나에서 청구한 분말을 함유하는 저작정.
