Claims (18)

  1. 활성 성분인 디하이드로피리딘 1중량부 ; 평균 분자량 15,000 내지 50,000의 PVP 2.0 내지 6.0 중량부 ; 및 셀룰로즈 3.5 내지 15 중량부, 전분 0.25 내지 4.0 중량부 및 가교결합된불용성 PVPP 0.25 내지 4.0 중량부로 이루어진 흡수성 부형제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 활성 화합물 함량의 상대 표준 편차가 최대 3%인, 신속히 흡수되는 속방출성 고형 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 그밖의 제형 보조제 및/또는 부형제를 함유하는 제제.
  3. 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 활성 화합물 함량의 평균 표준 편차가 최대 2.5%인 제제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 50%가 30분 내에 방출되는 제제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 활성 화합물이 니페디핀이고 니페디핀의 50%가 15분 내에 방출되는 제제.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느하나에 있어서, 흡수성 부형제가 셀룰로즈 4내지 12중량부, 전분 0.25내지 2.0중량부 및 가교결합된 불용성 PVPP 1내지 3중량부로 이루어지는 제제.
  7. 제1내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 정제, 환제, 당의정, 과립제, 산제, 캅셀제 또는 새쉐이 형인제제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 실시예 1내지 4중의 어느 하나와 동일한 제제.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 실시예 5내지 8중의 어느 하나와 동일한 제제.
  10. 활성 화합물인 디하이드로피리딘 1중량부 및 평균 분자량 15,000 내지 50,000의 PVP 2.0내지 6.0중량부를 이 두성분이 가까스로 용해되는 유기용매 2 내지 20중량부에 용해하고, 이 용액을 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 셀룰로즈, 전분 및 가교결합된 불용성 PVPP의 혼합물로 이루어진 흡수성 부형제 4내지 23중량부와 입화한후, 생선된 과립을 바람직하다면 그밖의 제형 보조제 및/또는 부형제로 더욱 처리하여 고형 약제를 생성시킴을 특징으로하는, 제1 내지 9항중 어느 하나에 따른 고형 약제의 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 5.25 내지 17중량부의 언급한 흡수성 부형제를 사용하는 방법.
  12. 제10 또는 11항에 있어서, 2내지 20중량부의 유기용매를 사용하는 방법.
  13. 제10내지 12항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 유기 용매를 에탄올, 아세톤, 메틸렌 클로라이드, 클로로포름, 및 이 용매의 혼합물로부터 선택하는 방법.
  14. 제 10내지 13항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 그밖의 제형 보조제 및/또는 부형제를 유당, 분말 서당, 만니톨, 글리코콜 및 탄산칼슘으로부터 선택하는 방법.
  15. 실시예 5내지 8중 어느 하기에 기술된 바와 거의 같은 제1항에 따른 제제의 제조방법.
  16. 실시예 1 내지 4중 어느 하나에 기술된 바와 거의 같은 제1항에 따른 제제의 제조 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 제16항의 방법으로 제조되는 제제.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 제10내지 15항중 어느 하나의 방법으로 제조되는 제제.
