Claims (13)

  1. 흡수성 복합재료를 제조함에 있어서, 미리 형성된 섬유기질에다, 카르복실기의 20% 이상이 알칼리금속염 또는 암모늄염으로 중화되어 있는 아크릴산을 주성분으로 하는 중합성 단량체의 수용액을 처리하는 제1공정과, 상기 섬유기질에 처리된 중합성 단량체를 중합시켜 이 중합성 단량체로부터 형성된 중합체와 섬유기질을 하나의 복합체로 형성시키는 제2공정 및, 상기 복합체에다 카르복실기 및 카르복실레이트기 또는 이들 각각과 반응할 수 있는 적어도 2개 이상의 관능기를 가진 가교제 화합물을 첨가하여 반응시키는 제3공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 복합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성 단량체는 카르복실기의 20% 이상이 알카리금속염 또는 암모늄염으로 중화되어 있는 아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성 단량체는 20몰%까지의 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 설폰산, 2-아크릴로일 에탄 설폰산, 2-아크릴로일 프로판 설폰산, 메타크릴산 및 이들의 알카리 금속염 또는 암모늄염, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, N,N′-디메틸 아크릴아미드, N,N′-디메틸 메타크릴아미드, 2-비닐 피리딘, 2-히드록시 에틸 아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시 에틸 메타크릴에이트, 2-히드록시 프로필아크릴레이드, 2-히드록시 프로필메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노메티크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 단량체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 미리 형성된 섬유기질은 셀룰로오스계 섬유 및 폴리에스테르계섬유, 또는 이들 각각을 주성분으로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 또는 제4항에 있어서, 섬유기질은 섬유의 부드러운 패드(pad), 가딩(guarding)한 웨브(web), 에어링(airing)한 웨브, 종이, 부직포, 직포 또는 메리야스지인 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정에서 중합성 단량체수용액을 미리 제조된 섬유기질에 처리하는 단계는 상기 수용액을 섬유기질에 분사하거나, 상기 수용액에 상기 섬유기질을 함침시켜서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 제1공정에서 섬유기질에 처리된 중합성 단량체의 양은 섬유기질 100중량부에 대하여 1내지 10,000중량부가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에서의 중합은 수용성라디칼중합 개시제의 작용으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제2공정에서 중합성 단량체를 수용성 라디칼 중합개시제의 작용으로 중합시키는 단계는 상기 중합개시제가 상기 중합단량체의 수용액에 용해되어 지도록 하여 분해시키거나, 또는 중합개시제를 용액상태로 섬유기질에 분사하므로서 분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 제3공정에서 반응처리된 복합체는 중합성 단량체로부터 형성된 중합체 1중량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 10중량부의 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 가교제화합물은 카르복실기 미 카르복실레이트기 또는 이들 각각과 반응하는 기로서 글리시딜기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 글리시딜기를 갖는 화합물은 폴리글리시딜 에테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 폴리글리시딜 에테르는 알킬렌 글리콜 또는 폴리알킬렌 클리콜디골리시딜 에테르인 것(단, 알킬렌기의 탄소수는 2 내지 4이고, 폴리알칼렌글리콜의 다중수는 2 내지 3인 것)을 특징으로 하는 방법.
