Claims (10)

  1. 흡수성 복합재료를 제조함에 있어서, 미리 형성된 섬유기질에다, 카르복실기의 20%이상이 알카리 금속염 또는 암모늄염으로 중화되어 있는 아클릴산을 주성분으로 하는 중합성 단량체의 수용액을 처리하는 제1공정과, 상기 섬유기질에 처리된 중합성 단량체를 수용성 라디칼 중합개시제의 작용으로 중합시키고, 이렇게 하여 형성된 중합성 단량체의 중합체와 섬유기질을 하나의 복합체로 셩성시키는 제2공정 및, 상기 복합체를 100내지 250℃의 온도로 가열하므로서 미중합단량체의 양이 상기 제2공정의 복합체 상태에서 보다 적게 되도록 하는 제3공정으로 이루어진 것을 특성으로 하는 흡수성 복합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성단량체는 카르복실기의 20%이상이 알카리금속염 또는 암모늄염으로 중화되어 있는 아크릴산인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성 단량체는 20몰%까지의 2-아클릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 설폰산, 2-아크릴로일 에탄 설폰산, 2-아크릴로일 프로판 설폰산, 메타크릴산 및 이들의 알카리 금속염또는 암모늄염, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, N,N´-디메틸 아크릴아미드, N,N´-디메틸 메타크릴아미드, 2-히드록시 에틸아크릴레이트,2-히드록시 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-히드록시 프로필아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시 프로필메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노메타크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 단량체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,미리 형성된 섬유기질은 셀룰로오스계 섬유 및 폴리에스테르계섬유 또는 이들 각각을 주성분으로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 섬유기질은 섬유의 부드러운 패드(pad), 가딩(guarding) 한 웨브(web),에어링(airing)한 웨브,종이 ,부직포,직포, 또는 메리야스지인 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법
  6. 제1항에 있어서,제1공정에서 중합성 단량체수용액을 미리 제조된 섬유기질에 처리하는 단계는 상기 수용액을 상기 섬유기질에 분사하거나, 상기 수용액에 상기 섬유기질을 함침시켜서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제1공정에서 섬유기질에 처리된 중합성 단량체의 양은 섬유기질 100중량부에 대하여 1내지 10,000중량부가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 중합개시제는 레독스(redox)계인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에서 중합성 단량체를 수용성라디칼 중합개시제의 작용으로 중합시키는 단계는 상기 중합개시제가 상기 중합단량체의 수영액에 용해되어 지도록 하여 분해시키거나, 또는 중합개시제를 용액상태로 섬유기질에 분사하므로서 분해시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 제3공정에서 가열되는 복합체는 섬유기질체 1중량부에서 대하여 40중량부 이상의 물을 포함하지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
