Claims (12)

  1. 흡수성 복합재료를 제조함에 있어서, 미리 제조된 섬유기질에다, 카르복실기 20%이상이 알카리금속염 또는 암모늄으로 중화되어 있는 아클리산을 주성분으로 하는 중합성 단량체의 수용액을 처리시켜주는 제1공정과, 상기 섬유기질에 처리된 중합성 단량체를 중합시켜서 상기 중합성 단량체로 부터 형성된 중합체와 섬유기질을 하나의 복합체로 형성시키는 제2공정 및, 상기 복합체의 함수량이 중합체 1중량부에 대하여 0.01 내지 40중량부인 상태에서 상기 복합체에다 자외선을 조사시켜주므로서 미중합단량체의 양이 상기 제2공정의 복합체상태에서 보다 감소되어지도록 하는 제3공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재료의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성단량체는 그 속에 포함되어 있는 카르복실기의 20%이상이 알카리금속염 또는 암모늄으로 중화되어 있는 아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성단량체는 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 설폰산, 2-아크릴산 및 이들의 알카리금속염 또는 암모늄염, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, N N`-디메틸아크릴아미드, N N`-디메틸 메타크릴아미드, 2-히드록실에틸아크릴아미드, 2-히드록시 에틸 메타크릴아미드, 2-비닐피리딘, 2-히드록시 프로필아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시 에틸메타크릴레이트, 2-히드록시 프로필아크릴레이트, 2-히드록시 프로필 메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 그리콜 모노메타아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 모노메타크릴레이트, N N-메틸렌비스아크릴아미드, N N`-메틸렌 비스메타크릴아미드, 폴리에틸렌글리콜디아크릴레이트 및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 단량체를 적어도 20몰%까지 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정의 섬유기질은 셀룰로오스계 섬유 및 폴리에스테르계 섬유, 또는 이들 각각을 주성분으로 하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 또는 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1공정의 섬유기질로는 섬유의 부드러운 패드(pad), 카딩(carding) 한 웨브(wab), 에어레이트(air-laid)한 웨브, 종이, 부직포, 직포 또는 메리야스지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1공정에서 중합성 단량체수용액을 미리제조된 섬유기질에 처리하는 단계는 상기 수용액을 상기 섬유기질에 분사하거나, 상기 수용액에 상시 섬유질을 함침시켜서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1공정에서 섬유기질에 처리된 중합성 단량체의 양은 섬유기질 100중량부에 대하여 1 내지 10,000중량부가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제2공정에서의 중합은 라디칼 중합개시제에 의해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 라디칼중합개시제는 레독스(redox)계 인것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 자외선조사는 강도가 10 내지 200W/Cm인 자외선램프를 사용하여 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 자외선조사는 자외선램프와 복합체사이의 간격이 2 내지 30Cm인 상태에서 0.1초 내지 30분동안 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 또는 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자외선조사시에는 복합체의 함수량이 중합체 1중량부에 대하여 0.05 내지 10중량부가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
