Claims (20)
- 흡수성이 강한 흡수성 폴리머와 조립된 섬유상기재로 이루어진 흡수성 복합체를 제조하는데 있어서, (a) 카르복실기 20% 이상이 알카리금속염 또는 암모늄염으로 중화된 아크릴산을 주성분으로 하는 중합가능한 모노머(이하 "아크릴산형모노머"라 한다.)와, (b) 2-비닐피리딘, 4-비닐피리딘와/또는 그의 염(이하"비닐피리딘형모노머"라 한다.)과, (c) 가교결합제 및 (d) 산화성 레디칼중합 개시제를 함유하는 수용액을 조립된 섬유상기재에다 적용시킨 다음, 환원제를 첨가시키면서 중합시켜서 제조되어지는 흡수성복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (b)의 비닐피리딘은 상기 (a)의 아크릴산모노머 총량에 대하여 0.001 내지 20몰%를 사용하여 되어지는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, (b)의 비닐피리딘은 상기 (a)의 아크릴산모노머 총량에 대하여 0.01 내지 5몰%를 사용하여 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용액에는 (a) 메타아크릴산, 이타콘산, 말레산, 푸마르산 2-아크릴아미드-2-메틸프로판설폰산, 2-아크릴로일에탄설폰산, 2-아크릴로일프로판설폰산과 그 염,(b) 이타콘산, 말레산, 푸마르산과 같은 디카르보닐산의 알킬 또는 알콕시에스테르, (c) 비닐설폰산, (d) 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, (e) 하이드록시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시프로필(메타) 아크릴레이트, (f) 폴리에틸렌 글리콜모노(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 부가가능한 모노머를 포함시켜서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (a)의 아크릴산모노머는 수산화나트륨 또는 수산화칼륨으로 중화시켜서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수용액은 그 농도가 20중량% 이상으로 하여서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (c)의 가교결합제는 그 분자내에 이중결합을 가지면서 상기 (a)의 아크릴모노머와 (또는) 상기 (b)의 비닐피리딘모노머와 공중합시켜서 되어지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c)의 산화레디칼중합개시제와 환원제는 산화환원시스템을 형성시켜서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 산화레디칼중합개시제는 (a) 과산화수소, 과황산염 및 히드로 과산화물로부터 선택된 과산화물과, (b) 제 2 세륨염, 과망간산염, 아염소산염 및 하이포염소산염으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 사용하여서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 환원제는 아황산염, 티오황산나트륨, 아세트산코발트, 황산 제 2구리, 황산 제 1철, L-아스코르브산 및 L-아스코르브산 알카리금속염으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 사용하여서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 산화레디칼중합개시제는 과산화물, 환원제는 L-아스코르브산 또는 그의 알카리금속염을 사용하여서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유상기재는 루우즈한 직물패드, 카이드웨브, 공기층을 갖는 웨브, 종이, 비직물, 직물 또는 편물 등을 사용하여서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유상기재는 셀룰로오즈 섬유 또는 폴리에스테르섬유를 주성분으로 하여서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수용액은 섬유상기재에다 주기적인 간격으로 점 또는 선형태로 형성시켜서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 환원재는 분사노즐을 통해서 미립자 형태로 적용시켜서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수용액은 섬유상기재에 적용되어질때 20 내지 60℃의 온도로 유지시켜서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합은 실온 내지 60℃의 온도하에서 이루어져서 되어지는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 중합은 실온 내지 40℃의 온도하에서 이루어져서 되어지는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합은 수초 내지 10분동안 실시하여서 되어지는 방법.
- 흡수성이 강한 흡수성 폴리머와 조립된 섬유상기재로 이루어진 흡수성 복합체에 있어서, (a) 카르복실기 20% 이상이 알카리 금속염 또는 암모늄염으로 중화된 아크릴산을 주성분으로 하는 중합가능한 모노머와, (b)2-비닐피리딘, 4-비닐피리딘와/또는 그의 염과, (c) 가교결합제 및 (d) 산화성레디칼중합개시제를 함유하는 수용액을 조립된 섬유상기재에 적용되고 환원제로 중합시켜서 되어진 흡수성복합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
