제1도는 본 발명의 제1의 실시예에서의 매트릭스형 화상표시 장치의 각종 전극, 배선의 평면배치도, 제3도는 동 제4의 실시예에서의 부분확대의 평면도와 단면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 매트릭스형상으로 배치된 표시소자에 의하여 구성된 회소부에 접속된 주사선과 신호선 및 회수부와 주사전극 및 신호전극을 연결하는 배선의 어느 것과도 절연된 도전층을 회소부의 주변에 배치되는 동시에, 상기 주사선 및 신호선의 양단 또는 주사전극 및 신호전극의 근방에 상기 도전층과 선택적으로 접속되는 도전부를 노출시킨 기관을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 화상표시 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 도전층의 회수의 주변에서 수직 또는 수평방향으로 대략 2등분되어 있고, 전체로서 일주하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 화상표시 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 도전층으로서, 주사선 또는 신호선을 구성하는 도전성 재료 중 저저항성 재료가 사용되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 화상표시 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 주사선 또는 신호선의 일부가 회소부 밖에서, 절연층과, 절연층에 형성된 개구부 맞절연층 하의 도전 접속선에 의하여 배선되고, 상기 절연층상에 도전층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 화상표시 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 절연층이, 주사선과 신호선의 교점부근에 형성되는 스위칭 소자로서의 박막트랜지스터의 게이트 절연층인 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 화상표시장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 절연층이, 주사선과 신호선의 교점부근에 형성되는 스위칭 소자로서의 박막트랜지스터의 채널부의 보호층인 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 화상표시 장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 절연막 하의 도전접속선이, 주사선 또는 신호선과 동시에 형성되고, 상기 도전층이 신호선 또는 주사선과 동시에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 화상표시 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스형 화상표시 장치를 구성하는 한쌍의 기관에 있어서, 한쪽의 기관의 신호선 또는 주사선의 양단에 제1의 도전부가 형성되고, 다른쪽의 기관에는 도전성 매체를 개재해서 상기 신호선 또는 주사선에의 접속을 이루는 제2의 도전부가 형성되고, 상기 제2의 도전부에는 신호선 또는 주사선에 외부회로부터 신호를 공급하기 위한 신호전극 또는 주사전극이 접속되는 동시에, 주사선 또는 신호선이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 화상표시 장치.
