Abstract
본 발명은 리페어 후 RC 딜레이로 인한 신호 지연의 발생으로 리페어하지 않은 다른 데이터선의 신호와의 광학적 밝기의 차이를 없애는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판에 관한 것이다. 리페어에 따른 신호 지연의 단점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서 데이터선의 초입부에 신호 저항선을 형성하고 보조 신호선을 별도로 형성함으로써, 정상적인 데이터선의 화상 신호의 화소까지의 도달 시간과 리페어한 데이터선의 화상 신호의 화소까지의 도달 시간이 서로 차이가 나지 않도록하여, 리페어에 따른 화소의 광학적 밝기 차이를 없애는 효과가 있다.

Claims (6)
- 화상 신호가 입력되도록 하는 구동 신호의 통로이며 상기 구동 신호가 입력되는 입력단 및 그 반대쪽 끝인 끝단을 가지고 있는 다수의 게이트선, 화상 신호가 입력되는 통로이며 상기 게이트선에 수직하게 교차되게 형성되어 있는 다수의 데이터선, 상기 데이터선과 교차되며 상기 게이트선의 외각을 둘러싸고 있는 리페어선, 상기 데이터선 초입부에 형성되어 있으며 상기 데이터선에 일측 단자와 타측 단자가 모두 연결되어 있는 저항, 상기 신호 저항부 양단과 전기적으로 절연되게 중첩되어 있는 보조 신호선을 포함하는 액정 표시장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
- 제1항에서, 상기 신호 저항부는 ITO로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
- 제1항에서, 상기 보조 신호선은 상기 리페어선과 같은 물질로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
- 제1항에서, 상기 보조 신호선은 저저항 물질로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
- 제1항에서, 상기 신호 저항부와 캐패시터를 형성하도록 절연막을 사이에 두고 형성되어 있는 캐패시터 전극을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.
- 제5항에서, 상기 캐패시터 전극은 상기 리페어선과 동일한 물질로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치용 박막 트랜지스터 기판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
