Abstract

본 발명은 액정표시 장치에 관한 것으로,공정시 스트레스나 에천트에 의한 신호라인의 단선을 방지하는데 적합하도록 한 액정표시 장치에 관한 것이다.
이와 같은 본 발명의 액정표시 장치는 기판과 신호라인 사이에 리던던시 라인을 갖는 액정표시 장치에 있어서,기판과 게이트 라인 또는 데이타 라인 사이에 리던던시 라인이 데이타 라인과 같은 폭으로 데이타 라인을 따라 좌측 또는 우측으로 걸쳐서 형성됨을 그 특징이 있다.
따라서,스트레스나 에천트에 의한 신호라인의 단선을 방지한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 기판과 신호라인 사이에 리던던시 라인을 갖는 액정표시 장치에 있어서,기판과 게이트 라인 또는 데이타 라인 사이에 리던던시 라인이 데이타 라인과 같은 폭으로 데이타 라인을 따라 좌측 또는 우측으로 걸쳐서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  2. 기판과 신호라인 사이에 리던던시 라인을 갖는 액정표시 장치에 있어서,기판과 게이트 라인 또는 데이타 라인 사이에 리던던시 라인이 게이트 라인과 데이타 라인이 교차하는 부분에서 넓어지고 어긋나도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
