Abstract

본 발명은 액정표시소자에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 리던던시 라인을 형성하여 게이트 라인 또는 데이타 라인의 실제 폭을 감소시키는데 적당한 액정표시소자의 구조를 제공하기 위한 것이다.
이를 위한 본 발명의 액정표시소자의 구조는 기판상에 게이트 라인 또는 데이타 라인이 형성되어 영상신호를 디스플레이 하는 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 게이트 라인 또는 데이타 라인과 기판 사이에 복수개의 리던던시 라인이 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 기판상에 게이트 라인 또는 데이타 라인이 형성되어 영상신호를 디스플레이 하는 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 게이트 라인 또는 데이타 라인과 기판 사이에 복수개의 리던던시 라인이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 구조.
  2. 기판, 기판상에 형성되는 복수개의 리던던시 라인, 상기 복수개의 리던던시 라인 및 기판상에 걸쳐 형성되는 게이트 라인 또는 데이타 라인을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 구조.
