Abstract
본 발명은 액정표시장치의 구조에 관한 것으로, 신호라인들이 교차하는 (crossover) 부분아래에 있는 신호라인 부분에 돌출부를 형성하여 신호라인의 단선을 방지하고자 한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 액정표시장치의 구조는 기판상에 일방향으로 형성되는 제1신호라인과, 상기 제1신호라인과 절연되고 제1신호라인과 교차되도록 적층되는 제2신호라인을 구비한 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 제1신호라인은 상기 교차되는 부분에서 돌충부를 갖고 형성된 것이다.

제4도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 액정표시장치 레이아웃도.
제5도는 제4도의 "C"부인 게이트 라인과 데이타 라인의 교차하는 (crossover) 부분의 확대도.
Claims (4)
- 기판상에 일방향으로 형성되는 제1신호라인과, 상기 제1신호라인과 절연되고 제1신호라인과 교차되도록 적층되는 제2신호라인을 구비한 액정표시장치에 있어서, 상기 제1신호라인은 상기 교차되는 부분에서 돌출부를 갖고 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부가 다수개 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부는 제1 및 제2신호라인이 교차되는 부분중 제2신호라인 폭내에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부는 제1 및 제2신호라인이 교차되는 부분중 제1신호라인이 제2신호라인의 모서리부분에 걸쳐 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
