Abstract

본 발명은 액정 표시 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 액정 표시 장치의 구조는 데이터선, 데이터선의 분지이며 데이터선에 연결되어 있는 소오스 전극, 소오스 전극과 같은 물질로 형성되어 있는 드레인 전극, 드레인 전극 위에 형성되어 있으며, 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 화소 전극, 화소 전극의 둘레 중 데이터선이 형성되어 있지 않는 모서리에 어버랩되게 형성되어 게이트링. 게이트링과 연결되어 있는 게이트 전극으로 이루어진다.

Claims (3)

  1. 데이터선, 상기 데이터선의 분지이며 상기 데이터선에 연결되어 있는 소오스 전극, 상기 소오스 전극과 분리되어 있으며, 상기 소오스 전극과 같은 물질로 형성되어 있는 드레인 전극, 상기 드레인 전극 위에 형성되어 있으며, 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 화소 전극, 상기 화소 전극의 둘레 중 상기 데이터선이 형성되어 있지 않은 모서리에 어버랩되게 형성되어 게이트링, 상기 게이트링과 연결되어 있는 게이트 전극을 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모서리는 상기 데이터선에 평행한 모서리인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모서리는 상기 게이트링이 형성되어 있는 모서리인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
