Abstract

본 발명은, 액정표시장치에 관하여, 특히, 박막트랜지스터등을 사용한 액티브ㆍ매트릭스방식의 액정표시 장치에 있어서, 단자부의 저항이 크게 되는 것을 방지하는 것을 목적으로한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 게이트단자 GTM을 알루미늄막 g와, 알루미늄막 g위에 형성된 투명도전막 d1로 구성하고, 게이트단자 GTM의 옆부분에 투명도전막 d1이 형성되어 있지 않는 접속부분을 형성하고, 접속부분에 제2, 제 3 도전막 d2, d3으로 이루어진 접속막 CNF를 형성하고, 접속막 CNF에 의해 알루미늄막 g와 투명도전막 d1을 접속하고, 게이트단자 GTM의 접속막 CNF가 형성된 옆부분에 보호막 PSV1과 동일레벨의 막으로 이루어진 단자 옆부분 보호막 TSP1을 형성하고, 게이트단자 GTM의 다른쪽 옆부분에 절연막 GL과 동일레벨이 막과 보호막 PSV1과 동일레벨의 막으로 이루어진 단자옆 부분보호막 TSP2를 형성한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 단자를 제 1 의 금속막과 상기 제 1 의 금속막위의 투명도전막으로 구성하고 상기 단자의 옆부분에 상기 투명도전막이 형성되어 있지 않는 접속부분을 형성하고, 상기 접속부분에 상기 제 1 의 금속막과 상기 투명도전막을 접속하는 접속막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 의 금속막을 알루미늄막으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 의 금속막을 탄탈막으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  4. 단자를 제 1 의 금속막과 상기 제 1 의 금속막위의 투명도전막으로 구성하고, 상기 단자의 옆부분에 단자옆부분보호막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
