본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제 1 도는 본 발명의 시예로실부터 이루어진 중하중용 래디얼 타이어의 비이드부 부근을 확대해서 나타낸 종단면도, 제 2 도는 고무스톡의 코발트 원소 함유량과 코오드에 대한 고무부착 양과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프, 제 3 도는 고무스톡의 점탄성율과 비이드부의 내구성과의 관계를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 커어커스프라이가 금속코오드 로서되며, 이 커어커스프라이의 단부를 비이드 코어에 내측으로부터외측으로 감아올린 반대로 접은부와 주체부와의 사이에 비이드 고무필터를 개재시킴과 함께, 상기 반대로 접은부의 외측에 2 층이상의 보강층을 배치하고, 그 제일내측의 보강층의 단말을 상기 반대로 접은부의 단말보다 낮게, 외측의 보강층의 단말을 상기 반대로 접은부의 단말보다 높으게하고, 또한 상기 제일 내측의 보강층의 보강 코오드를 상기 외측의 보강층의 보강 코오드보다도 탄성률을 크게한 래디얼 구조로서된 공지들이 타이어에 있어서,
    상기 외측의 보강층의 내측에, 상기 반대로 접은부의 단말 및 상기 제일 내측의 보강층의 단말을 덮도록 한 고무스톡을 개재시켜, 이 고무스톡에 코발트 금속염을 코발트 원소량으로서 0.1-0.4 중량부 함유시켜, 그 점탄성률(dynamic modulus) M2를 상기 커어커스 프라이의 코오드 고무의 점탄성율(dynamic modulus) M1보다도 크게, 또한 10-15 MPa의 범위로 하고, 또 상기 외측의 보강층의 내면에서 상기 반대로 접은부의 단말까지의 상기 고무스톡의 두께 d를, 상기 제일내측 보강층의 보강코오드의 지름 r2의 1.0-4.0배로한 중하중용 공기들이 래디얼 타이어.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강층의 보강코오드가 금속 코오드 또는 유기섬유 코오드인 중하중용공기들이 래디얼 타이어.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제일내측의 보강층의 보강코오드의 탄성률(modulus)이 40,000-200,000MPa상기 외측의 보강층의보강코오드의 탄성률이 1,000-20,000MPa, 커어커스프라이의 금속 코오드의 탄성률이 130.000MPa 이상인 중하중용 공기들이 래디얼 타이어.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커어커스프라이의 주체부에서 상기 반대로 접은부의 단말까지의 비이드 고무필터의 두께 Db가, 상기 커어커스프라이의 금속코오드의 지금 r1의 4.5-12.0배인 중하중용 공기들이 래디얼 타이어.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 커어커스프라이의 코오드 고무의 점탄성률 M1이 4-10MPa인 중하중용 공기들이 래디얼 타이어.
