Description
図4は、タイヤ1の性能試験の結果を示す図表である。以下、上記のタイヤ1について、従来例及び比較例のタイヤ1と、本発明に係るタイヤ1とについて行なった性能の評価試験について説明する。性能評価試験は、空気の漏れ難さを示すエアシール性と、ビード部20の耐久性と、タイヤ1をリムに装着するときの作業のし易さを示すリム組み作業性について行った。

Claims (3)
- 15[°]テーパーの規定リムに装着される空気入りタイヤであって、
タイヤ赤道面のタイヤ幅方向両側に配設される一対のビード部と、
一対の前記ビード部のそれぞれに設けられるビードコアと、
一対の前記ビードコアに支持され、カーカス本体部及び前記ビードコアで折り返されることにより形成されるカーカス折り返し部を有するカーカスと、
前記ビードコアで折り返された前記カーカスの外面に配置されるスチールコード補強層と、
少なくとも一部が前記カーカス本体部と前記カーカス折り返し部との間に配置されるビードゴム層と、
前記スチールコード補強層のタイヤ幅方向外側の外側エッジ部及び前記カーカス折り返し部のタイヤ幅方向外側の外側エッジ部に隣接し、タイヤ径方向に延在する第1補強ゴム層と、を備え、
前記規定リムに装着されない状態において、
前記ビードコアの最もタイヤ幅方向外側の突出点を通り前記ビードコアの最長辺と平行な第1線分と、
前記ビード部のうち前記規定リムと接触するビードベース部のビードヒール側の辺と、
前記ビード部のうち前記ビードベース部よりもタイヤ幅方向外側のタイヤ外表面の曲線と、
前記辺と前記曲線との第1交点と、
前記第1交点を通り前記第1線分に垂直な第2線分と、
前記突出点を通り前記第1線分に垂直な第3線分と、が規定され、
前記第2線分と前記第3線分との距離は、4[mm]以上8[mm]以下であり、
前記ビードベース部は、ビードヒールを含む外側部分と、ビードトウを含む内側部分とを含み、
前記外側部分の辺と、前記内側部分の辺とは、前記第1交点から8[mm]以上18[mm]以下の範囲に存在する変曲点において屈曲し、
前記外側部分の辺からタイヤ径方向内側へ引いた延長線と前記内側部分の辺とがなす角度γは、4.5[°]以上14.5[°]以下である、
ことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ビードベース部は、リムクッションゴムを含み、
前記リムクッションゴムの100[%]モジュラスM(JIS K6251)は、4.5[MPa]以上6.5[MPa]以下である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記リムクッションゴムの表面にベントホールが存在しない、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
