図5A、図5B、図5Cは、空気入りタイヤの性能試験の結果を示す図表である。以下、上記の空気入りタイヤ1について、従来例及び比較例の空気入りタイヤ1と、本発明に係る空気入りタイヤ1とについて行なった性能の評価試験について説明する。性能評価試験は、ビードトウ26の変形状態についての試験であるビードトウ変形と、再インフレートが可能であるか否かの試験である再インフレート性、及びビードトウ26に欠けが発生するか否かの試験であるビードトウ欠けについて行った。

Claims (3)
- タイヤ幅方向におけるタイヤ赤道面の両側に配設される一対のビード部と、
一対の前記ビード部のそれぞれに設けられるビードコアと、
を備え、
15°テーパーの規定リムに装着される空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記ビード部は、前記ビードコアの内周面のタイヤ幅方向への延長線よりもタイヤ径方向内方側に位置する部分が、前記延長線とタイヤ内表面との交点を通り前記延長線に対して垂直な角度で前記延長線からタイヤ径方向内方に延びる仮想線よりもタイヤ幅方向外方側に位置しており、
前記ビード部の内周面であり前記規定リムに嵌合する嵌合部と前記タイヤ内表面との交点と、前記延長線と前記タイヤ内表面との交点と、を通る線分と、前記仮想線とでなす角度が10°以上25°以下であることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ビード部は、前記嵌合部のタイヤ幅方向における両端部を通る直線と前記線分とでなす角度が85°以上100°以下である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記嵌合部は、複素弾性率が3MPa以上7MPa以下、破断伸びが200%以上350%以下のゴム層によって構成される請求項1または2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
