Description
前記カーカス層は、前記ビード部間を連続して延び、両端部がそれぞれ前記ビードコアにてタイヤ幅方向内側からタイヤ幅方向外側に巻き上げられた第1プライと、前記第1プライよりもタイヤ径方向外側で前記ビード部間を連続して延び、両端部がそれぞれ前記ビードコアにてタイヤ幅方向内側からタイヤ幅方向外側に巻き上げられた第2プライとを有しており、
前記第1プライの引張り強さは、前記第2プライの引張り強さよりも大きく、前記第1プライの両端部のうち車両装着時に外側に配置される端部は、車両装着時に内側に配置される端部よりもタイヤ径方向外側に位置するものである。
(1)空気入りタイヤTは、図2に示すように、車両装着時に外側に配置される第2カーカスプライ42の端部42aを、ビードフィラー12のタイヤ径方向D2の外側端12aよりもタイヤ径方向D2の外側に位置するようにしてもよい。これにより、車両装着時に外側に位置するサイドウォール部2の剛性をさらに高めることができるため、操縦安定性を向上できる。なお、車両装着時に外側に配置される第1カーカスプライ41の端部41aは、車両装着時に外側に配置される第2カーカスプライ42の端部42aよりもタイヤ径方向D2の外側に位置することが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- 環状のビードコア及びそのビードコアのタイヤ径方向外側に配置されたビードフィラーを有する一対のビード部と、前記ビード部から各々タイヤ径方向外側に延びるサイドウォール部と、前記サイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向外側端に連なって踏面を構成するトレッド部と、前記ビード部間に架け渡されたカーカス層とを備える空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記カーカス層は、前記ビード部間を連続して延び、両端部がそれぞれ前記ビードコアにてタイヤ幅方向内側からタイヤ幅方向外側に巻き上げられた第1プライと、前記第1プライよりもタイヤ径方向外側で前記ビード部間を連続して延び、両端部がそれぞれ前記ビードコアにてタイヤ幅方向内側からタイヤ幅方向外側に巻き上げられた第2プライとを有しており、
前記第1プライの引張り強さは、前記第2プライの引張り強さよりも大きく、前記第1プライの両端部のうち車両装着時に外側に配置される端部は、車両装着時に内側に配置される端部よりもタイヤ径方向外側に位置し、
前記第2プライの両端部のうち車両装着時に内側に配置される端部は、車両装着時に外側に配置される端部よりもタイヤ径方向外側に位置する、空気入りタイヤ。 - 車両装着時に外側に配置される前記第1プライの端部は、前記ビードフィラーのタイヤ径方向外側端よりもタイヤ径方向外側に位置し、車両装着時に内側に配置される前記第1プライの端部は、前記ビードフィラーのタイヤ径方向外側端よりもタイヤ径方向内側に位置する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 車両装着時に内側に配置される前記第2プライの端部は、前記ビードフィラーのタイヤ径方向外側端よりもタイヤ径方向外側に位置し、車両装着時に外側に配置される前記第2プライの端部は、前記ビードフィラーのタイヤ径方向外側端よりもタイヤ径方向内側に位置する、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 車両装着時に外側に配置される前記第1プライの端部は、車両装着時に外側に配置される前記第2プライの端部よりもタイヤ径方向外側に位置する、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
