Claims (10)

  1. 히드라진 및 할로겐화 디카르복시산 무수물을 축합함에 있어서, 반응이 수성 매질내에서 40∼225℃의 온도로 무수물/히드라진의 몰비를 2로하여 수행됨을 특징으로하는 할로겐화이미드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 140℃의 온도로 가압하에서 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로하는 할로겐화 이미드 로제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, pH가 4이하인 무수물의 수용액 또는 분산액을 출발물질로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화이미드의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 3항에 있어서, 하기식으로 표시되는 무수물 또는 상기 무수물들의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화이미드의 제조방법.
    상기식에서 X는 브롬 또는 염소원자를 나타내고, m은 2∼4의 정수이고, n및 p는 0∼2의 정수이다.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 테트라브로모프탈산 무수물, 테트라클로로프탈산 무수물, 클로레딕 안히드리드, 브로멘딕 안히드리드 또는 이들 무수물의 혼합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화 이미드의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 부터 제5항중의 하나에 있어서, 히드라진을 수화물 또는 히드라지늄염의 형태로 사용함을 특징으로하는 할로겐화 이미드의 제조방법.
  7. 비스(할로겐화 디카르복시산 이미드)를 기본으로하고, N-아미노 이미드 및 상기 디카르복시산의 무수물의 동물 혼합물을 80중량 %까지 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방염 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, N, N'-비스(테트라브로모프탈이미드), N-아미노테트 라브로모프탈이미드 및 테트라브로모프탈산 무수물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방염 조성물.
  9. 제1항∼6항 중의 하나의 방법으로 수듭한 산물 또는 제7항 또는 8항의 조성물을 플라스틱용 방염제로 사용하는 방법.
  10. 제1항∼6항 중의 하나의 방법으로 수듭한 산물 또는 제7항 또는 8항의 조성물로 방염처리된 플라스틱.
