Claims (12)

  1. 담체는 알루미늄 화합물과 염소 화합물을 혼합하고 얻어진 혼합물을 하소함으로 제조되고, 은화합물을 담체에 적용하고 이후 화합물을 금속 은으로 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌을 산화에틸렌으로 산화시키는데 적당한 은-함유 촉매의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염소화합물이 염화수소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 염소 화합물이 염화오스뮴, 염화이리듐, 염화게르마늄, 염화세슘, 염화주석 또는 염화알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 알루미늄 화합물 중량을 기준으로 염소화합물 0.1-10wt%와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 산화알루미늄 또는 산화알루미늄 수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 베마이트 또는 감마-산화알루미늄이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 물 및 염소화합물과 혼합되고 결과 생성된 혼합물을 성형 담체 입자로 압출하고 하소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 담체에 총 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 은 1-25wt%를 적용하기에 충분한 은 화합물 용융액으로 담체를 함침시키고, 함침된 담체를 용액으로부터 분리하고 침전된 은화합물을 은으로 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉진제를 담체에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 담체에 적용된 은 화합물 외에도, 칼륨, 루비듐 또는 세슘중 하나 또는 그 이상의 화합물의 충분한 양을 동시에 또는 달리 담체에 적용하여 총 촉매 백만 중량부당 알카리금속(금속으로 측정된) 20-1000중량부를 침전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항에 따르는 방법으로 제조된 촉매.
  12. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 따르는 방법으로 제조된 또는 제11항에 따르는 은-함유 촉매 존재하에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 은-함유 촉매 존재하에서 에틸렌을 산화하여 산화에틸렌을 제조하는 방법.
