Abstract

촉매 조성물은 팔라듐, 적어도 하나의 화학 결합된 알칼리 금속(바람직하게는 칼륨), 화학 결합된 불소 및 무기지지 물질(바람직하게는 알루미나)을 포함하고, 불소: 알칼리 금속의 원자비가 약 1.3:1 내지 약 4:1이다. 바람직하게는, 은이 또한 촉매 조성물 중에 존재한다. 전술한 촉매는 황 불순물의 존재하 C2C10알킨(바람직하게는 아세틸렌)의 상응하는 알켄으로의 선택적 수소화에서 촉매로 사용된다.

Claims (13)

  1. 약 0.01 내지 1중량%의 팔라듐, 약 0.05 내지 5중량%의 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속, 약 0.03 내지 10중량%의 불소 및 알루미나, 티타니아, 지르코니아 또는 이들의 혼합물인 무기 지지 물질을 포함하고, 불소; 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속의 원자비가 약 1.3:1 내지 약 4:1 범위임을 특징으로 하는 알킨의 수소화에 유용한 촉매 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불소:알칼리 금속의 원자비가 약 1.4:1 내지 약 3:1인 촉매 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속:팔라듐의 원자비가 약 0.2:1 내지 약 100:1 범위인 촉매 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 알칼리 금속이 칼륨, 루비듐 또는 세슘이고, 무기지지물질이 알루미나인 촉매 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 약 0.01 내지 0.2중량%의 팔라듐, 약 0.1 내지 1중량%의 칼륨 및 약 0.2 내지 1중량%의 불소를 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 약 0.01 내지 10중량%의 은, 특히 약 0.02 내지 0.2중량%의 은을 추가로 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 은:팔라듐의 중량비가 약 2:1 내지 약 10:1 인 촉매 조성물.
  8. 팔라듐 및 무기 지지 물질 및 필요하다면 은을 포함하는 고체상 조성물을, 하이드록사이드, 비카보네이트, 카보네이트, 니트레이트, 비설페이트 또는 플루오라이드인 적어도 하나의 용해된 알칼리 금속 화합물 (a) 및 수소 플루오라이드, 암모늄 플루오라이드 또는 암모늄 비플루오라이드인 적어도 하나의 용해된 불소 화합물(b)과 접촉시키고, 필요하다면 이렇게 하여 생성된 물질을 약 300 내지 700℃의 온도에서 건조시킨 다음 하소시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 용해된 알칼리 금속 화합물과의 접촉과정이 수용액 중에서 수행되고, 하이드라진, 알칼리 금속 보로하이드 라이드, 분자당 1 내지 6개의 탄소를 함유하는 알데하이드, 분자당 1 내지 6개의 탄소를 함유하는 케톤, 분자당 1 내지 6개의 탄소를 함유하는 카복실산, 알데하이드 그룹을 함유하는 환원당 또는 α-하이드록시케톤 그룹을 함유하는 환원당인 적어도 하나의 환원제의 존재를 포함하고, 고체상 조성물을 적어도 하나의 불소 화합물과 접촉시키기에 앞서 적어도 하나의 용해된 알칼리 금속 및 적어도 하나의 환원제와 접촉시키는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 무기 지지 물질이 알루미나이고, 적어도 하나의 환원제가 하이드라진, 포롬알데하이드, 포롬산, 아스코브산 또는 덱스트로스이고, 적어도 하나의 환원제가 포롬알데하이드 또는 덱스트로스인 방법.
  11. 분자당 2 내지 10개의 탄소를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 알킨을 포함하는 공급물(a)를 적어도 하나의 황 화합물의 존재하에 수소기체(b) 및 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매 조성물 또는 제8항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 생성된 촉매조성물인 유효촉매(c)와 접촉시켜 분자당 2 내지 10개의 탄소를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 알켄을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 알킨의 선택적 탈수소화 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 알킨이 아세틸렌이고, 적어도 하나의 알켄이 에틸렌이며, 적어도 하나의 황 화합물이 수소 설파이드, 카보닐 설파이드, 카본 디설파이드, 알킬 머캅탄, 디알킬 설파이드, 디알킬 디설파이드, 디알킬 폴리 설파이드 또는 2종 이상의 이러한 황 화합물의 혼합물이고, 여기에서 각각의 알킬 그룹은 1 내지 10개의 탄소를 함유할 수 있으며, (a) 및 (b)의 (c)와의 접촉과정이 바람직하게는 약 0 내지 250℃의 반응온도, 약 100 내지 1,000psig의 총압력 및 약 0.5:1 내지 약 200:1의 수소:아세틸렌 mol비에서 수행되는 방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 황 화합물이 공급물중에 약 1ppb 내지 약 1,000ppm 황의 수준으로 존재하는 방법.
