Claims (18)
- 알칼리 금속이 보강된 하소시킨 알루미나 담체에다 촉매 총량을 기준으로 1-25중량%의 은이 담체 위에 침전되도록 하기에 충분한 은 화합물 용액을 함침시키고, 함침 중에 혹은 함침 전이나 후에 촉진제로서 하나 이상의 용해된 칼륨, 루비듐 또는 세슘 화합물 및 레늄 화합물도 함침시키고, 침전후에 함침된 담체상은 은 화합물을 금속성 은으로 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌을 에틸렌 옥사이드로 산화시키는데 적합한 은 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 황 화합물을 담체상에 함침시키는 것도 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항이나 제2항에 있어서, 알루미나 담체를 1,200℃-1700℃의 온도로 하소시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알루미나 담체를 불화세슘, 염화세슘, 불화리듐, 질산리듐 또는 수산화세슘과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알칼리금속 화합물을 알칼리/알루미늄 원자비가 0.001-0.1인 양으로 알루미나와 함께 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 이산화 규소를 규소/알루미늄 원자비가 0.1-0.5인 양으로 알루미나와 부가적으로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보강 알루미나 담체를 압출시켜 입자로 성형하여 1,200-1,700℃의 온도로 하소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 촉진제가, 전 촉매 백만중량부당 칼륨, 루비듐 또는 세슘금속 10-1,000중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 촉진제가 250-750 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 레늄 화합물이 레늄 염이나 산화 또는 황화 레늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 레늄 염이 레네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 암모늄 퍼레네이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 황산염, 바람직하게는 황산암모늄이 담체상에 함침되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 알루미나 담체상에 도입된, 금속으로서 계산된 레늄의 양이 전 촉매 백만중량부당 100-2,000 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 에틸렌을 에틸렌 옥사이드로 산화시키는데 적합한, 하기 a)-d)를 특징으로 하는 은 촉매: a) 하소시킨, 알칼리 금속 보강 알루미나 담체, b) 전 촉매 중량을 기준으로 1-25중량%의 금속성 은, c) 촉진제로서, 전 촉매 백만중량부당 10-1,000 중량부의 양인 산화물 형태의 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 이루어진군의 알칼리금속, 및 d) 레늄 화합물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 담체상에 존재하는 레늄 화합물 양이 전 촉매 백만중량부당 100-2,000 중량부임을 특징으로 하는 은 촉매.
- 제15항이나 제16항에 있어서, 담체상에 설페이트-이온도 전 촉매 백만중량부당 20-100 중량부의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 은 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제14항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 은 촉매나 제15항 내지 제17항중 어느 한항에 따르는 은 촉매의 존재하에서 에틸렌을 산화시켜 에틸렌 옥사이드를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
