Claims (11)

  1. 주기율표 제1A족 금속의 수산화물과유기 불소 화합물을 알루미늄 화합물과 섞은 후에, 이 혼합물을 하소시켜 만든 담체에 은화합물과 바란다면 촉진제를 적용시킨 후에 온화합물을 금속성 은으로 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌을 산화 에틸렌으로 산화시키는데 적절한 은-함유 촉맨의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 산화 알루미늄이나 산화 알루미늄의 수화물인 것을 특정으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 불소 화합물이 불소화 알칸, 불소화 알캔 중합체나 불소화 알칸 카르복실산, 그 염이나 에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유기 불소 화합물이 2-10개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 과불소화 알칸 모노카르복실산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 세슘 수산화물과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이, 제1A/족 금속/A1의 원자비가 0.0001-0.1, 바람직하게는 0.001-0.1이 되도록 하는 양의 수산화합물과 섞이는 것을 특징으로 하는 벙법.
  7. 제1항내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 사용된 유기 불소화합물의 양이 알카리 수산화물과 알루미늄화합물의 혼합물의 01.-10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물을 물, 주기율표, 제1A족 금속의 수산화물 및 유기 불소화합물과 섞은 후 이 혼합물을 성형 담체 입자로 압출시킨 다음 하소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 담채를 담채상의 전체 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 계산하여 1-25중량%의 은이 적용되기에 충분항 은 화합물의 용액으로 함침시키고 함침된 담채를 용액으로 부터 분리하고 침전된 은 화합물을 은으로 환원시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 은 화합물과동시에 또는 서로 다르게 촉진제로서 충분한 양의 알카리 금속 칼륨, 루비듐이나 세슘 화합물중 하나이상을 담체에 적용하여 전체 촉매 백만 중량부당 알카리 금속(금속으로서 측정)20-1000중량부가 부착되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 따라 제조된 은-함유 촉매의 존재하에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 은 함유 촉매의 존재하에 에틸렌을 산화시켜 산화 에틸렌을 제조하느 방법.
