Claims (9)

  1. 점결제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축가능한 미니톨 과립에 있어서, 과립크기가 400 내지 500μm인 마니톨과립은 테스트 A에서 65%이하의 파손을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축 가능한 마니톨 과립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 마니톨 과립은 테스트 A에서 이 49.0N이상, 바람직하게는 78.4N이상의 압축성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축 가능한 마니톨 과립.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기의 마니톨 과립은 테스트 C에서 65%이상의 유동율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축 가능한 마니톨 과립.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기의 마니톨 과립은 평균 과립 크기(평균크기는 그 크기보다 큰 과립이 무게에 의한 분포의 50%를 차지할때의 크기 임)가 650μm이하이므로 그에 따라 종래의 방법에 의해 취약하게 조제되던 정제의 제조에 유리하게 사용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축 가능한 마니톨 과립.
  5. 테스트 A에서 65%이하의 파손율을 가지며, 점결제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축가능한 마니톨 과립의 제조방법에 있어서, 145 내지 165℃인 마니톨 과립들의 덩어리를 수용하며, 상기 덩어리를 운동시키기 위해 수평 또는 수평에 대해 경사진 축을 중심으로 2 내지 10rpm의 회전속도로 회전하는 개방용기에, 크기가 5mm이하, 바람직하게는 1.5mm이하이고, 온도는 5 내지 150℃, 바람직하게는 50 내지 150℃인 결정상 마니톨과, 다른 한편으로는 본질적으로 액체 상태이고, 건조물질 함유율이 99%이상인 작은 방울로 분리되거나 또는 되지 않으며, 온도가 164 내지 180℃, 바람직하게는 166.5 내지 180℃, 특히 바람직하게는 175 내지 180℃인 액체 마니톨을, 상기의 결정상 마니톨과 상기의 액체 마니톨이 상기 결정상 마니톨의 1 단위 무게당 상기 액체 마니톨이 무게단위가 6 내지 1.5가 되는 비율로 상기 마니톨 과립들의 운동하는 덩어리 표면에 올라오게끔, 동시에 연속해서 장입시켜주고, 이때 상기의 매개 변수들을 액체 상태인 마니톨과 결정상 마니톨이 만나는 상기의 움직이는 덩어리 표면에서 전용융이 일어나지 않게 해주는 범위내에서 선택하고, 그후 분리현상에 의해 상기의 움직이는 덩어리 표면에 부상하는 경향이 있는 큰 크기의 과립들을, 바람직하게는, 상기의 회전용기 밖으로 넘치게 함으로써 모으는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축 가능한 마니톨 과립의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 용기(1) 밖으로 배출된 마니톨 과립들을 70 내지 80℃의 온도에서 5 내지 60분간 유지시켜 익혀주는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축 가능한 마니톨 과립의 제조방법.
  7. 점결제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축 가능한 마니톨 과립에 있어서, 상기의 제5항 및 6항에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 결점제를 갖지 않는 직접 압축 가능한 마니톨 과립
