Abstract
本发明涉及一种多维泡腾片及其制备方法,属于保健食品片剂生产技术领域,泡腾片各组为一定量的维生素C、B族维生素、酸剂、碱剂、着色剂、润滑剂、香精、甜味剂、微粉甘露醇和填充剂。制备方法采用直接压片法,通过筛分B族维生素混合、小料混合、酸剂、碱剂包裹、物料总混、压片和装瓶等步骤,即得多维泡腾片成品。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种泡腾片及其制备方法,具体为一种多维泡腾片及其制备方法,属于保健食品片剂生产技术领域。
技术背景
维生素C作为人体必需的维生素之一,其可参与氨基酸代谢、神经递质的合成、胶原蛋白和组织细胞间质的合成,可降低毛细血管的通透性,还有促进铁吸收、改善胆固醇代谢、抗组胺、增强免疫力等作用,服用它可以增加身体的抵抗力,防止感冒病毒的入侵。据有关资料报道维生素C在各人群中有不同程度的缺乏。当身体出现一些小毛病时,就应该及时补充适量的维生素和矿物质来改善营养缺乏症,尤其是中老年应较为重视。维生素对许多疾病都有预防作用,而许多疾病的发生可能或多或少与维生素C的缺乏有关系,另外维生素C还能和许多其他药物联合用药治疗某些疾病。
维生素B包括维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸等。B族维生素是推动体内代谢,把糖、脂肪、蛋白质等转化成热量时不可缺少的物质。如果缺少维生素B,则细胞功能马上降低,引起代谢障碍,这时人体会出现怠滞和食欲不振。相反喝酒过多等导致肝脏损害,在许多场合下是和维生素B缺乏症并行的。补充维生素B族可舒缓情绪。
泡腾片是近年来国外开发应用的一种新颖片剂。它与普通片剂的不同之处,就在于它还含有泡腾崩解剂,当泡腾片放入饮水中之后,在泡腾崩解剂的作用下,即刻产生大量气泡,使片剂迅速崩解和融化,有时崩解产生的气泡还会使药片在水中上下翻滚,加速其崩解和融化。片剂崩解时产生的气体部分溶解于饮水中,使饮水喝入口中时有汽水般的美感。泡腾片有如下的优点:便于保存和携带;崩解快速、服用方便、起效迅速;生物利用度高,能提高临床疗效;特别适用于儿童、老年人以及吞服药丸困难的患者;经过调味后的泡腾片,口味更佳,良药不再苦口,使病人更乐于接受。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多维生素泡腾片配方及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种多维泡腾片配方,具体配方为:
一种多维泡腾片,按照4g/片,制备10000片重量计,各组分质量为:维生素C1000~5000g,维生素B11~200g,维生素B21~200g,维生素B61~100g,维生素B122~100mg,烟酸10~150g,叶酸300~5000mg,生物素30~1000mg,酸剂5000~6600g,碱剂4000~8000g,着色剂10g,润滑剂400g,香精150g,甜味剂100~200g,微粉甘露醇1493.3~5492.7g,填充剂18910.5~25328.4g。
所述香精为柠檬香精、桔子香精、橘味香精、青苹果香精、蓝莓香精、草莓香精或西瓜香精中的一种或几种。
所述着色剂为柠檬黄铝,日落黄铝,靓蓝,胭脂红色素及色淀中的一种或几种。
所述甜味剂为阿斯巴甜,三氯蔗糖,糖精钠,甜菊糖苷中的一种或几种。
所述润滑剂为L-亮氨酸、氯化钠、PEG6000、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸镁中的一种或几种。
所述酸剂为柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸或富马酸中的一种或几种。
所述碱剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙中的一种或几种。
所述微粉甘露醇的平均粒径<75μm。
所述填充剂为甘露醇直压颗粒、乳糖直压颗粒或山梨醇直压颗粒中一种或几种。
一种多维泡腾片制备方法,其特征在于:采用直接压片方法,包含下列步骤:(1)筛分
配方辅料分别过150μm泰勒筛,待用。
(2)B族维生素混合
按配方准确称量维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、生物素,与微粉甘露醇过150μm手工筛进行等量递增混合,混合3次,混合物记为A。
(3)小料混合
按配方准确称量香精、着色剂、甜味剂及1/3重量的润滑剂,过150μm手工筛进行小料混合,混合物记为B。
(4)酸剂、碱剂包裹
酸剂、碱剂分别与其质量10%的微粉甘露醇过150μm手工筛包裹混合,混合物分别记为C和D。
(5)物料总混
将4种混合物A、B、C、D与维生素C、填充剂及剩余2/3重量的润滑剂置于100L三维混合机内进行总混,转速150rpm,混合30min。
(6)压片
将步骤(5)中得到的混合物置于压片机中压制成4g/片的片剂,即得到多维泡腾片。
(7)装瓶
将步骤(6)得到的泡腾片进行装瓶、封装,即得成品。
本发明要点在于多维泡腾片配方及其制备方法。其原理是:通过微粉甘露醇分别与酸剂、碱剂混合,对酸剂、碱剂进行无水包裹;同时,本发明通过采用直压颗粒作为填充剂,具有良好的流动性和吸附性,工艺简单,缩短了原辅料暴漏时间,可以减小常规泡腾片湿法造粒工艺中水分指标引起的片剂质量风险,该发明制备方法工艺步骤简单,产品质量好。
具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步详细阐述。
实施例1:
按照4g/片,制备10000片重量计,各组分质量为:
维生素C5000g,维生素B1 1g,维生素B2 1g,维生素B6 1g,维生素B12 0.002g,烟酸10g,叶酸0.3g,生物素0.03g,柠檬酸6000g,碳酸钠8000g,阿斯巴甜100g,胭脂红铝色淀22.8g,草莓香精60g,微粉甘露醇1493.3g,氯化钠400g,甘露醇颗粒18910.5g。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)筛分
配方辅料分别过150μm泰勒筛,待用。
(2)B族维生素混合
按配方准确称量维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、生物素,与微粉甘露醇过150μm手工筛进行等量递增混合,混合3次,混合物记为A。
(3)小料混合
按配方准确称量香精、着色剂、甜味剂及1/3重量的氯化钠,过150μm手工筛进行小料混合,混合物记为B。
(4)酸剂、碱剂包裹
酸剂、碱剂分别与其质量10%的微粉甘露醇过150μm手工筛包裹混合,混合物分别记为C和D。
(5)物料总混
将4种混合物A、B、C、D与维生素C、填充剂及剩余2/3重量的氯化钠置于100L三维混合机内进行总混,转速150rpm,混合30min。
(6)压片
将步骤(5)中得到的混合物置于压片机中压制成4g/片的片剂,即得到多维泡腾片。
(7)装瓶
将步骤(6)得到的泡腾片进行装瓶、封装,即得成品。
实施例2:
按照4g/片,制备10000片重量计,各组分质量为:
维生素C1000g,维生素B1 5g,维生素B2 5g,维生素B6 5g,维生素B12 0.005g,烟酸30g,叶酸0.8g,生物素0.1g,苹果酸6600g,碳酸氢钠7800g,三氯蔗糖100g,日落黄铝色淀22.8g,橘味香精60g,微粉甘露醇1761.3g,L-亮氨酸400g,直压甘露醇颗粒22209.96g。
具体制备步骤同实施例1。
实施例3:
按照4g/片,制备10000片重量计,各组分质量为:
维生素C2000g,维生素B1 200g,维生素B2 5g,维生素B6 200g,维生素B12 0.1g,烟酸150g,叶酸5g,生物素1g,酒石酸5000g,碳酸氢钾4000g,糖精钠100g,靓蓝铝色淀22.8g,蓝莓香精60g,微粉甘露醇5492.7g,十二烷基硫酸钠400g,直压乳糖颗粒22268.4g。
具体制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4:
按照4g/片,制备10000片重量计,各组分质量为:
维生素C1000g,维生素B1 20g,维生素B2 5g,维生素B6 20g,维生素B12 0.1g,烟酸100g,叶酸5g,生物素1g,富马酸6600g,碳酸氢钙4000g,甜菊糖苷200g,柠檬黄铝色淀22.8g,柠檬香精60g,微粉甘露醇2222.7g,PEG6000 400g,直压山梨醇颗粒25328.4g。
具体制备方法同实施例1。
检测设备采用SY-6D型片剂四用测定仪,维生素C泡腾片硬度、脆碎度和泡腾时间检测结果如表1所示。
多维泡腾片脆碎度及泡腾时间检测
检测设备采用SY-6D型片剂四用测定仪对多维泡腾片硬度和脆碎度进行检测,泡腾时间为一片多维泡腾片完全溶解于200mL 25℃温水所用时间,检测结果如表1所示。

1.一种多维泡腾片,其特征在于:按照4g/片,制备10000片重量计,各组分质量为:维生素C1000~5000g,维生素B11~200g,维生素B21~200g,维生素B61~100g,维生素B122~100mg,烟酸10~150g,叶酸300~5000mg,生物素30~1000mg,酸剂5000~6600g,碱剂4000~8000g,着色剂10g,润滑剂400g,香精150g,甜味剂100~200g,微粉甘露醇1493.3~5492.7g,填充剂18910.5~25328.4g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维泡腾片,其特征在于:所述香精为柠檬香精、桔子香精、橘味香精、青苹果香精、蓝莓香精、草莓香精或西瓜香精中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维泡腾片,其特征在于:所述着色剂为柠檬黄铝,日落黄铝,靓蓝,胭脂红色素及色淀中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维泡腾片,其特征在于:所述甜味剂为阿斯巴甜,三氯蔗糖,糖精钠,甜菊糖苷中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维泡腾片,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为L-亮氨酸、氯化钠、PEG6000、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基硫酸镁中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维泡腾片,其特征在于:所述酸剂为柠檬酸、酒石酸、苹果酸或富马酸中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维泡腾片,其特征在于:所述碱剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维泡腾片,其特征在于:所述微粉甘露醇的平均粒径<75μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种多维泡腾片,其特征在于:所述填充剂为甘露醇直压颗粒、乳糖直压颗粒或山梨醇直压颗粒中一种或几种。
10.一种多维泡腾片制备方法,其特征在于:采用直接压片方法,包含下列步骤:
(1)筛分
配方辅料分别过150μm泰勒筛,待用。
(2)B族维生素混合
按配方准确称量维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、生物素,与微粉甘露醇过150μm手工筛进行等量递增混合,混合3次,混合物记为A。
(3)小料混合
按配方准确称量香精、着色剂、甜味剂及1/3重量的润滑剂,过150μm手工筛进行小料混合,混合物记为B。
(4)酸剂、碱剂包裹
酸剂、碱剂分别与其质量10%的微粉甘露醇过150μm手工筛包裹混合,混合物分别记为C和D。
(5)物料总混
将4种混合物A、B、C、D与维生素C、填充剂及剩余2/3重量的润滑剂置于100L三维混合机内进行总混,转速150rpm,混合30min。
(6)压片
将步骤(5)中得到的混合物置于压片机中压制成4g/片的片剂,即得到多维泡腾片。
(7)装瓶
将步骤(6)得到的泡腾片进行装瓶、封装,即得成品。
