Abstract
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种维生素CE泡腾片。该维生素CE泡腾片包括以下重量份数的组分:维生素C50‑150份,维生素E 10‑50份,乳糖800‑1600份,碳酸氢钠600‑1500份,酒石酸500‑1200份,润滑剂60‑120份,甜味剂40‑100份,矫味剂15‑50份。本发明的维生素CE泡腾片经科学配方精制而成,可作为营养补充剂长期服用,具有抗氧化、增强免疫力的功能;本发明制剂简便,所制得的片剂表面光滑,泡腾产气均匀,崩解后溶液澄清透明,口感香甜,兼具固体制剂和液体制剂的特点,携带方便,使用安全有效。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品领域,尤其涉及一种维生素CE泡腾片及其制备方法。
(二)背景技术
维生素C是临床基本常用药物或营养补充剂,是抗氧化维生素当中的一种,具有增强免疫力,抗氧化的作用,能促进胶原蛋白的形成。维生素C参与体内羟化反应,为形成骨骼、牙齿、结缔组织及非上皮组织细胞间粘物所必需,可维持牙齿、骨骼、血管的正常功能,增加对疾病的抵抗能力,为人体必需的营养元素之一,广泛应用于多种疾病预防和治疗。
维生素E是一种脂溶性维生素,其水解产物为生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一。维生素E抗氧化作用强,能阻止食物和消化道中脂肪氧化,保护人体细胞免受不饱和脂肪酸氧化产生的毒性物质伤害。维生素E还能防止维生素A、维生素C和ATP的氧化,以保证这些营养物质在体内发挥其特定功能。维生素E作为保护红细胞完整性的必要因子,可治疗溶血性贫血;作为细胞呼吸的必要因子,是心肌和骨骼肌组织呼吸所需要的物质。
维生素E和维生素C都是抗氧化剂,具有抗氧化,增强机体免疫功能的作用,二者结合使用能显著增强抗氧化效果。
泡腾片在我国是一种较新的药物剂型,与普通片剂不同,泡腾片利用有机酸和碱式碳酸盐反应做泡腾崩解剂,置入水中,即刻发生泡腾反应,生成并释放大量的二氧化碳气体,使片剂迅速崩解和融化,片剂崩解时产生的气体部分溶解于饮水中,使饮水喝入口中时有汽水般的美感。泡腾片有如下的优点:便于保存和携带;崩解快速、服用方便、起效迅速;生物利用度高,能提高临床疗效;特别适用于儿童、老年人以及吞服药丸困难的患者;经过调味后的泡腾片,口味更佳,良药不再苦口,使消费者或病人更乐于接受。
目前市场上出现的维生素类泡腾片往往仅限于维生素C,很少出现几种维生素组合的泡腾片,现在单一种类的维生素泡腾片已无法满足人们重视自我保健的生活需要。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种制剂简便,能增强免疫力的维生素CE泡腾片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种维生素CE泡腾片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:维生素C50-150份,维生素E 10-50份,乳糖800-1600份,碳酸氢钠600-1500份,酒石酸500-1200份,润滑剂60-120份,甜味剂40-100份,矫味剂15-50份;
所述润滑剂为聚乙二醇6000;所述甜味剂为阿斯巴甜;所述矫味剂为甜橙香精。
本发明的制备方法为,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取以下重量份数的组分:维生素C50-150份,维生素E 10-50份,乳糖800-1600份,碳酸氢钠600-1500份,酒石酸500-1200份,甜味剂40-100份,矫味剂15-50份以及10-20份聚乙二醇6000;
(2)将聚乙二醇6000溶解于乙醇中配置成聚乙二醇溶液,将称取好的碳酸氢钠、乳糖粉碎,过筛;
(3)将混匀后的碳酸氢钠和乳糖加入聚乙二醇溶液中,制粒,过筛,干燥,整粒;
(4)称取50-100份聚乙二醇6000,粉碎过筛,将酒石酸、维生素C和维生素E分别过筛,混匀,再加入甜味剂、矫味剂以及步骤(3)整好的颗粒,混匀,压片,制得泡腾片;
(5)将制得的泡腾片进行选拣,包装,然后入库。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中采用摇摆颗粒机制粒和整粒,所用筛网为20-30目。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中的湿粒干燥温度为40-50℃。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)和步骤(4)中所用筛网为80-100目。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的维生素CE泡腾片经科学配方精制而成,可作为营养补充剂长期服用,具有抗氧化、增强免疫力的功能;本发明制剂简便,颗粒流动性好,压片不粘冲,所制得的片剂表面光滑,泡腾产气均匀,崩解时间短,崩解后溶液澄清透明,口感香甜,兼具固体制剂和液体制剂的特点,携带方便,使用安全有效。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
1制剂条件筛选
1.1酸源和碱源的选择
泡腾片中常用的碱源有碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙等。用碳酸氢钠作为碱源制成的泡腾片在水中能迅速崩解,且泡腾溶液的pH值适宜维生素C的稳定,因此本发明碱源选择碳酸氢钠。常用的酸源有酒石酸、柠檬酸、富马酸、苹果酸等,在固定碱源为碳酸氢钠的基础上,对上述酸源进行选择试验,结果见表1。

从表1的试验结果可知,使用酒石酸作为酸源,其制粒效果好,泡腾崩解时间短,溶液澄清,优于其他三种酸源,故本发明酸源选择酒石酸。
1.2填充剂的选择
泡腾片中的填充剂用以增加片剂的重量和体积,利于压片。常用的填充剂有乳糖、甘露醇和白砂糖等,其中白砂糖有吸湿性,也不适合糖尿病人使用;甘露醇溶解性能较差,泡腾完毕后会留下一个片芯无法溶解;乳糖无吸湿性,干燥快,化学稳定性好,制粒效果好,故本发明填充剂选择乳糖。
1.3润滑剂的选择
泡腾片一般要求药物成分是可溶性的,崩解后溶液需澄清透明,常用的润滑剂有硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯醇6000和十二烷基硫酸钠,主要解决压片过程中的粘冲问题,试验结果见表2。

从表2试验结果可知,使用聚乙二醇6000作为润滑剂,其压片情况好,不粘冲,无不溶物和起泡现象,故本发明润滑剂选用聚乙二醇6000。
1.4甜味剂的选择
泡腾片崩解后为类似饮料的液体,因此其风味和口感非常重要,试验中对比如下甜味剂:甜菊糖、阿斯巴甜、甘草酸二钠、糖精钠和阿力甜,结果表明阿斯巴甜在组分比例为甜味剂40-100份的范围内,口感风味好,甜度适中,没有不适感,故本发明选用阿斯巴甜为甜味剂。
2维生素CE泡腾片的制备
维生素CE泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取以下重量份数的组分:维生素C120g,维生素E 24 g,乳糖1224g,碳酸氢钠1300g,酒石酸1080g,阿斯巴甜92g,甜橙香精40g以及20g聚乙二醇6000;
(2)将聚乙二醇6000溶解于50%的乙醇中配置成聚乙二醇溶液,将称取好的碳酸氢钠、乳糖粉碎,过100目筛,置于槽型混合机中混合均匀;
(3)将混匀后的碳酸氢钠和乳糖加入聚乙二醇溶液中,用摇摆颗粒机制粒,过24目筛,所得湿粒在50℃下干燥,然后用摇摆颗粒机整粒,过24目筛;
(4)称取100g聚乙二醇6000,粉碎过100目筛,将称取好的酒石酸、维生素C和维生素E分别过筛,混匀,再加入甜味剂、矫味剂以及步骤(3)整好的颗粒,用V型混合机混匀,通过压片机压制成每片2g的片剂,制得泡腾片;
(5)将制得的泡腾片选拣取出裂片、松片等不合格片剂,然后进行包装,入库。
实施例2
2维生素CE泡腾片的制备
维生素CE泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取以下重量份数的组分:维生素C50g,维生素E 12 g,乳糖800g,碳酸氢钠600g,酒石酸550g,阿斯巴甜45g,甜橙香精15g以及10g聚乙二醇6000;
(2)将聚乙二醇6000溶解于50%的乙醇中配置成聚乙二醇溶液,将称取好的碳酸氢钠、乳糖粉碎,过80目筛,置于槽型混合机中混合均匀;
(3)将混匀后的碳酸氢钠和乳糖加入聚乙二醇溶液中,用摇摆颗粒机制粒,过20目筛,所得湿粒在40℃下干燥,然后用摇摆颗粒机整粒,过20目筛;
(4)称取50g聚乙二醇6000,粉碎过80目筛,将称取好的酒石酸、维生素C和维生素E分别过筛,混匀,再加入甜味剂、矫味剂以及步骤(3)整好的颗粒,用V型混合机混匀,通过压片机压制成每片2g的片剂,制得泡腾片;
(5)将制得的泡腾片选拣取出裂片、松片等不合格片剂,然后进行包装,入库。
其余与实施例1相同。
实施例3
2维生素CE泡腾片的制备
维生素CE泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取以下重量份数的组分:维生素C150g,维生素E 50 g,乳糖1500g,碳酸氢钠1500g,酒石酸1200g,阿斯巴甜98g,甜橙香精50g以及15g聚乙二醇6000;
(2)将聚乙二醇6000溶解于50%的乙醇中配置成聚乙二醇溶液,将称取好的碳酸氢钠、乳糖粉碎,过100目筛,置于槽型混合机中混合均匀;
(3)将混匀后的碳酸氢钠和乳糖加入聚乙二醇溶液中,用摇摆颗粒机制粒,过30目筛,所得湿粒在45℃下干燥,然后用摇摆颗粒机整粒,过30目筛;
(4)称取80g聚乙二醇6000,粉碎过100目筛,将称取好的酒石酸、维生素C和维生素E分别过筛,混匀,再加入甜味剂、矫味剂以及步骤(3)整好的颗粒,用V型混合机混匀,通过压片机压制成每片2g的片剂,制得泡腾片;
(5)将制得的泡腾片选拣取出裂片、松片等不合格片剂,然后进行包装,入库。
其余与实施例1相同。
本发明的维生素CE泡腾片经科学配方精制而成,可作为营养补充剂长期服用,成年人每日服用一片即可补充每日所需维生素,而且携带方便,使用安全有效。
以上所述的实施例,只是本发明较优选的具体实施方式的几种,本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都应包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种维生素CE泡腾片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:维生素C50-150份,维生素E 10-50份,乳糖800-1600份,碳酸氢钠600-1500份,酒石酸500-1200份,润滑剂60-120份,甜味剂40-100份,矫味剂15-50份;
所述润滑剂为聚乙二醇6000;所述甜味剂为阿斯巴甜;所述矫味剂为甜橙香精。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的维生素CE泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)分别称取以下重量份数的组分:维生素C50-150份,维生素E 10-50份,乳糖800-1600份,碳酸氢钠600-1500份,酒石酸500-1200份,甜味剂40-100份,矫味剂15-50份以及10-20份聚乙二醇6000;
(2)将聚乙二醇6000溶解于乙醇中配置成聚乙二醇溶液,将称取好的碳酸氢钠、乳糖粉碎,过筛;
(3)将混匀后的碳酸氢钠和乳糖加入聚乙二醇溶液中,制粒,过筛,干燥,整粒;
(4)称取50-100份聚乙二醇6000,粉碎过筛,将酒石酸、维生素C和维生素E分别过筛,混匀,再加入甜味剂、矫味剂以及步骤 (3)整好的颗粒,混匀,压片,制得泡腾片;
(5)将制得的泡腾片进行选拣,包装,然后入库。
3.根据权利要求2所述的维生素CE泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中采用摇摆颗粒机制粒和整粒,所用筛网为20-30目。
4.根据权利要求2所述的维生素CE泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的湿粒干燥温度为40-50℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的维生素CE泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)和步骤(4)中所用筛网为80-100目。
