优选地,交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10-16份大豆分离蛋白、4-10份透明质酸、6-10份交联羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌,搅拌状态下加入至25-35份液体石蜡中,置于冰盐浴中降温至零下,加入240-280份浓度为85-95wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物。
优选地,交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10-16份大豆分离蛋白、4-10份透明质酸、6-10份交联羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌4-8h,搅拌温度为80-90℃,搅拌速度为2000-3000r/min,搅拌状态下加入至25-35份温度为55-65℃液体石蜡中,置于冰盐浴中降温至零下,加入240-280份浓度为85-95wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌35-55min,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物。
本发明还提出的上述增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将甜味剂和增稠剂混合,加水得到粘合剂溶液;
S2、将碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、柠檬酸锌、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素C加入至淀粉中搅拌,搅拌状态下加入粘合剂溶液,然后制粒,筛分,整粒,压片机压片得到增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂。
本发明可补充多种营养,强健骨骼,增强人体对钙质的吸收,保健功效显著,且可抵抗自由基,预防心脑血管疾病,另外还可降低血脂,减少心脑血管粥样硬化的形成,在一定程度上能预防冠心病、脑出血和脑梗塞等疾病发生;另外提高免疫力功效显著,可有效预防感冒的发生;其中采用碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、柠檬酸锌、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素C作为有效成分,配合交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物,制品稳定性极高,即使不添加香精,也可对其中的酸味和苦味进行掩盖;在羧甲基纤维素钠复合物中,大豆分离蛋白与透明质酸、交联羧甲基纤维素钠分散性好,加入至液体石蜡中,使本发明在压片时流动性好、可压性强,片剂硬度、脆度适宜,并可对有效成分进行包覆,延长有效成分保质期,而且便于消化,进入肠胃后吸水膨胀,快速崩解,便于在儿童青少年体内吸收;进一步辅以木糖醇、罗汉果甜苷,咀嚼后没有苦味,更加爽口,提升了口感,便于儿童青少年食用,本发明通过各原料的配合,可有效提高产品的外观、硬度、碎脆度、崩解时间等性能,其崩解时间≤10min,吸收快,生物利用度高,且无不良反应,质量稳定。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂,其原料按重量份包括:碳酸钙35份,柠檬酸锌33份,富马酸亚铁20份,维生素A 1.5份,维生素D3 1份,维生素C 18份,甜味剂5份,增稠剂12份,淀粉170份。
本发明还提出的上述增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将甜味剂和增稠剂混合,加水得到粘合剂溶液;
S2、将碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、柠檬酸锌、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素C加入至淀粉中搅拌,搅拌状态下加入粘合剂溶液,然后制粒,筛分,整粒,压片机压片得到增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂,其原料按重量份包括:碳酸钙45份,柠檬酸锌25份,富马酸亚铁30份,维生素A 0.5份,维生素D3 3份,维生素C 10份,甜味剂10份,增稠剂6份,淀粉190份。
甜味剂按重量份包括:木糖醇3份,罗汉果甜苷4份。增稠剂按重量份包括:交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物2份,海藻酸钠2份,果胶3份。
交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物采用如下工艺制备:将大豆分离蛋白、透明质酸、交联羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌,搅拌状态下加入至液体石蜡中,置于冰盐浴中降温,加入乙醇溶液,搅拌,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂,其原料按重量份包括:碳酸钙38份,柠檬酸锌31份,富马酸亚铁22份,维生素A 1.2份,维生素D3 1.5份,维生素C 16份,甜味剂6份,增稠剂10份,淀粉175份。
甜味剂按重量份包括:木糖醇7份,罗汉果甜苷2份。增稠剂按重量份包括:交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物4份,海藻酸钠1份,果胶9份。
交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将13份大豆分离蛋白、7份透明质酸、8份交联羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌,搅拌状态下加入至30份液体石蜡中,置于冰盐浴中降温至零下,加入260份浓度为90wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂,其原料按重量份包括:碳酸钙42份,柠檬酸锌27份,富马酸亚铁28份,维生素A 0.8份,维生素D3 2.5份,维生素C 12份,甜味剂8份,增稠剂8份,淀粉185份。
甜味剂按重量份包括:木糖醇4份,罗汉果甜苷3份。增稠剂按重量份包括:交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物3份,海藻酸钠1.8份,果胶5份。
交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10份大豆分离蛋白、10份透明质酸、6份交联羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌8h,搅拌温度为80℃,搅拌速度为3000r/min,搅拌状态下加入至25份温度为65℃液体石蜡中,置于冰盐浴中降温至零下,加入240份浓度为95wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌35min,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂,其原料按重量份包括:碳酸钙40份,柠檬酸锌29份,富马酸亚铁25份,维生素A 1份,维生素D3 2份,维生素C 14份,甜味剂7份,增稠剂9份,淀粉180份。
甜味剂按重量份包括:木糖醇6份,罗汉果甜苷2.5份。增稠剂按重量份包括:交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物3.5份,海藻酸钠1.2份,果胶7份。
交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将16份大豆分离蛋白、4份透明质酸、10份交联羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌4h,搅拌温度为90℃,搅拌速度为2000r/min,搅拌状态下加入至35份温度为55℃液体石蜡中,置于冰盐浴中降温至零下,加入280份浓度为85wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌55min,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物。

1.一种增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:碳酸钙35-45份,柠檬酸锌25-33份,富马酸亚铁20-30份,维生素A 0.5-1.5份,维生素D3 1-3份,维生素C 10-18份,甜味剂5-10份,增稠剂6-12份,淀粉170-190份;
所述增稠剂按重量份包括:交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物2-4份,海藻酸钠1-2份,果胶3-9份;交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物采用如下工艺制备:将大豆分离蛋白、透明质酸、交联羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌,搅拌状态下加入至液体石蜡中,置于冰盐浴中降温,加入乙醇溶液,搅拌,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂,其特征在于,甜味剂按重量份包括:木糖醇3-7份,罗汉果甜苷2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂,其特征在于,交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10-16份大豆分离蛋白、4-10份透明质酸、6-10份交联羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌,搅拌状态下加入至25-35份液体石蜡中,置于冰盐浴中降温至零下,加入240-280份浓度为85-95wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂,其特征在于,交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物采用如下工艺制备:按重量份将10-16份大豆分离蛋白、4-10份透明质酸、6-10份交联羧甲基纤维素钠搅拌4-8h,搅拌温度为80-90℃,搅拌速度为2000-3000r/min,搅拌状态下加入至25-35份温度为55-65℃液体石蜡中,置于冰盐浴中降温至零下,加入240-280份浓度为85-95wt%乙醇溶液,搅拌35-55min,脱水,洗涤,干燥得到交联羧甲基纤维素钠复合物。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将甜味剂和增稠剂混合,加水得到粘合剂溶液;
S2、将碳酸钙、富马酸亚铁、柠檬酸锌、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素C加入至淀粉中搅拌,搅拌状态下加入粘合剂溶液,然后制粒,筛分,整粒,压片机压片得到增免儿童青少年型多矿多维制剂。
