Abstract
本发明公开了一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂及其制备方法,所述青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂由片芯和包衣剂组成,片芯的原料包括:复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、乳清蛋白粉、玉米粉、儿茶素、胡萝卜素、甜味剂、牛磺酸、壳聚糖;包衣剂的原料包括:蜂蜡、麦芽糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷油、柠檬酸、去离子水。本发明提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂及其制备方法,通过优化配方和制备工艺,制得的青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂口感好,性能稳定,各组分通过协同作用,易于青少年吸收转化,提高利用率,同时有效调节人体新陈代谢,促进青少年健康生长发育。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,尤其涉及一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
维生素是维持人体正常生理功能而必须从食物中获得的一类微量有机物质,在人体生长、发育、代谢过程中发挥着重要的作用。矿物质虽然在人体内的总量不及体重的5%,但在人体的生理作用中发挥重要功能。青少年时期是人体生长发育的重要时期,由于青少年时期人体新陈代谢快,营养需求旺盛,而维生素和矿物质人体自身不能合成,需由外界补充,缺乏维生素和矿物质将影响青少年生长发育,严重影响人的正常学习、工作和生活,并对人体健康造成损害。因此研制一种适于青少年食用多维矿物制剂是目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂及其制备方法,通过优化配方和制备工艺,制得的青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂口感好,性能稳定,各组分通过协同作用,易于青少年吸收转化,提高利用率,同时有效调节人体新陈代谢,促进青少年健康生长发育。
本发明提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂,由片芯和包衣剂组成,片芯的原料按重量份包括:复合维生素1.5-3.5份、矿物质添加剂10-18份、乳清蛋白粉40-60份、玉米粉20-40份、儿茶素0.3-0.7份、胡萝卜素0.2-0.6份、甜味剂1-3份、牛磺酸0.2-0.6份、壳聚糖0.8-1.5份。
具体实施方式中,复合维生素的重量份还可以为1.8、2、2.2、2.5、2.8、3、3.2份,矿物质添加剂的重量份还可以为11、12、13、14、15、16、17份,乳清蛋白粉的重量份还可以为42、45、48、50、52、55、58份,玉米粉的重量份还可以为24、28、30、32、35、38份,儿茶素的重量份还可以为0.4、0.5、0.55、0.6、0.65份,胡萝卜素的重量份还可以为0.25、0.3、0.35、0.4、0.5份,甜味剂的重量份还可以为1.4、1.8、2、2.2、2.5、2.8份,牛磺酸的重量份还可以为0.3、0.35、0.4、0.45、0.5份,壳聚糖的重量份还可以为0.9、1、1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4份。
优选地,复合维生素的原料按重量份包括:维生素A:2-4份、维生素B6:1-2份、维生素B12:1-2份、泛酸:0.5-1.5份、维生素C:8-14份、维生素D3:0.8-1.5份、维生素F:0.8-1.5份。
优选地,矿物质添加剂的原料按重量份包括:乙酸钙8-12份、富马酸亚铁3-6份、葡萄糖酸锌1-3份、富硒酵母2-5份、葡萄糖酸锰0.2-0.6份、葡萄糖酸铜0.2-0.6份。
优选地,甜味剂由低聚果糖、甜橙香精、绵白糖中的一种或两种以上组成。
优选地,包衣剂的原料按重量份包括:蜂蜡2-5份、麦芽糊精3-6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4-8份、薄荷油1-2份、柠檬酸0.8-1.5份、去离子水20-40份。
具体实施方式中,蜂蜡的重量份还可以为2.5、3、3.5、4、4.5份,麦芽糊精的重量份还可以为3.5、4、4.5、5、5.5份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的重量份还可以为4.5、5、5.5、6、6.5、7、7.5份,薄荷油的重量份还可以为1.2、1.4、1.5、1.6、1.8份,柠檬酸的重量份还可以为0.9、1、1.1、1.2、1.3、1.4份,去离子水的重量份还可以为24、28、30、32、35、38份。
本发明还提出了一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳清蛋白粉、玉米粉混合,然后在搅拌状态下加入复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、儿茶素、胡萝卜素、甜味剂、牛磺酸、壳聚糖,研磨,压片,得到片芯;
S2、将蜂蜡、麦芽糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合,搅拌,得到包衣剂;
S3、将片芯置于包衣机中,然后加入包衣剂进行喷雾包衣,得到青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂。
优选地,S2中,搅拌温度为62-68℃,搅拌时间为15-20min。
本发明中以复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、乳清蛋白粉、玉米粉、儿茶素、胡萝卜素、甜味剂、牛磺酸和壳聚糖配合作为片芯原料,相容性好,具有良好的协同作用,即一种营养素的存在能够促进其他营养素的吸收和利用,有效提高本发明制品利用率,增强了本发明制品的保健效果,为青少年生长发育及时补充维生素和矿物质元素,有效调节人体新陈代谢,增强人体免疫力,促进青少年健康生长发育,其中,乳清蛋白粉和玉米粉配合,在为青少年生长发育提供所需的蛋白质、氨基酸及矿质元素等营养成分的同时还有效改善本发明制品的分散性、粘结性和可压性。以蜂蜡、麦芽糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷油和柠檬酸配合作为包衣剂,通过喷雾包衣处理后,包衣剂在片芯外表面分布均匀,光滑度好,改善了本发明制品产品的外观和口感,提高本发明制品性能稳定性,延长本发明制品保质期,同时改善本发明制品营养结构,增强本发明制品保健效果。

本发明提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂,由片芯和包衣剂组成,片芯的原料按重量份包括:复合维生素1.5份、矿物质添加剂10份、乳清蛋白粉40份、玉米粉20份、儿茶素0.7份、胡萝卜素0.2份、甜味剂3份、牛磺酸0.2份、壳聚糖1.5份;包衣剂的原料按重量份包括:蜂蜡2份、麦芽糊精6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮4份、薄荷油2份、柠檬酸0.8份、去离子水40份。
本发明还提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳清蛋白粉、玉米粉混合,然后在搅拌状态下加入复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、儿茶素、胡萝卜素、甜味剂、牛磺酸、壳聚糖,研磨,压片,得到片芯;
S2、将蜂蜡、麦芽糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合,搅拌,得到包衣剂;
S3、将片芯置于包衣机中,然后加入包衣剂进行喷雾包衣,得到青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂,由片芯和包衣剂组成,片芯的原料按重量份包括:复合维生素3.5份、矿物质添加剂18份、乳清蛋白粉60份、玉米粉40份、儿茶素0.3份、胡萝卜素0.6份、甜味剂1份、牛磺酸0.6份、壳聚糖0.8份;包衣剂的原料按重量份包括:蜂蜡5份、麦芽糊精3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8份、薄荷油1份、柠檬酸1.5份、去离子水20份。
其中,复合维生素的原料按重量份包括:维生素A:2份、维生素B6:2份、维生素B12:2份、泛酸:0.5份、维生素C:8份、维生素D3:1.5份、维生素F:1.5份;
矿物质添加剂的原料按重量份包括:乙酸钙8份、富马酸亚铁6份、葡萄糖酸锌3份、富硒酵母2份、葡萄糖酸锰0.2份、葡萄糖酸铜0.6份;
甜味剂由低聚果糖组成。
本发明还提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳清蛋白粉、玉米粉混合,然后在搅拌状态下加入复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、儿茶素、胡萝卜素、甜味剂、牛磺酸、壳聚糖,研磨,压片,得到片芯;
S2、将蜂蜡、麦芽糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合,在62℃下搅拌20min,得到包衣剂;
S3、将片芯置于包衣机中,然后加入包衣剂进行喷雾包衣,得到青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂,由片芯和包衣剂组成,片芯的原料按重量份包括:复合维生素2.2份、矿物质添加剂15份、乳清蛋白粉50份、玉米粉30份、儿茶素0.5份、胡萝卜素0.4份、甜味剂2份、牛磺酸0.4份、壳聚糖1.2份;包衣剂的原料按重量份包括:蜂蜡3.5份、麦芽糊精4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6份、薄荷油1.5份、柠檬酸1.2份、去离子水30份。
其中,复合维生素的原料按重量份包括:维生素A:3份、维生素B6:1.6份、维生素B12:1.5份、泛酸:1份、维生素C:11份、维生素D3:1.1份、维生素F:1.2份;
矿物质添加剂的原料按重量份包括:乙酸钙10份、富马酸亚铁4.5份、葡萄糖酸锌2份、富硒酵母3.5份、葡萄糖酸锰0.4份、葡萄糖酸铜0.4份;
甜味剂由低聚果糖、绵白糖组成。
本发明还提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳清蛋白粉、玉米粉混合,然后在搅拌状态下加入复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、儿茶素、胡萝卜素、甜味剂、牛磺酸、壳聚糖,研磨,压片,得到片芯;
S2、将蜂蜡、麦芽糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合,在65℃下搅拌18min,得到包衣剂;
S3、将片芯置于包衣机中,然后加入包衣剂进行喷雾包衣,得到青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂,由片芯和包衣剂组成,片芯的原料按重量份包括:复合维生素2份、矿物质添加剂12份、乳清蛋白粉45份、玉米粉25份、儿茶素0.45份、胡萝卜素0.4份、甜味剂1.5份、牛磺酸0.3份、壳聚糖0.9份;包衣剂的原料按重量份包括:蜂蜡2.5份、麦芽糊精3.5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份、薄荷油1.2份、柠檬酸1份、去离子水25份。
其中,复合维生素的原料按重量份包括:维生素A:4份、维生素B6:1份、维生素B12:1份、泛酸:1.5份、维生素C:14份、维生素D3:0.8份、维生素F:0.8份;
矿物质添加剂的原料按重量份包括:乙酸钙12份、富马酸亚铁3份、葡萄糖酸锌1份、富硒酵母5份、葡萄糖酸锰0.6份、葡萄糖酸铜0.2份;
甜味剂由低聚果糖、甜橙香精组成。
本发明还提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳清蛋白粉、玉米粉混合,然后在搅拌状态下加入复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、儿茶素、胡萝卜素、甜味剂、牛磺酸、壳聚糖,研磨,压片,得到片芯;
S2、将蜂蜡、麦芽糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合,在68℃下搅拌15min,得到包衣剂;
S3、将片芯置于包衣机中,然后加入包衣剂进行喷雾包衣,得到青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂,由片芯和包衣剂组成,片芯的原料按重量份包括:复合维生素3份、矿物质添加剂16.5份、乳清蛋白粉54份、玉米粉36份、儿茶素0.6份、胡萝卜素0.5份、甜味剂2.5份、牛磺酸0.5份、壳聚糖1.2份;包衣剂的原料按重量份包括:蜂蜡4.2份、麦芽糊精5.5份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮7份、薄荷油1.6份、柠檬酸1.2份、去离子水36份。
其中,复合维生素的原料按重量份包括:维生素A:3.6份、维生素B6:1.8份、维生素B12:1.6份、泛酸:1.2份、维生素C:12份、维生素D3:1.2份、维生素F:1.2份;
矿物质添加剂的原料按重量份包括:乙酸钙10份、富马酸亚铁5份、葡萄糖酸锌2.5份、富硒酵母4份、葡萄糖酸锰0.5份、葡萄糖酸铜0.5份;
甜味剂由低聚果糖、甜橙香精组成。
本发明还提出的一种青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将乳清蛋白粉、玉米粉混合,然后在搅拌状态下加入复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、儿茶素、胡萝卜素、甜味剂、牛磺酸、壳聚糖,研磨,压片,得到片芯;
S2、将蜂蜡、麦芽糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合,在66℃下搅拌18min,得到包衣剂;
S3、将片芯置于包衣机中,然后加入包衣剂进行喷雾包衣,得到青少年用易吸收多维矿物制剂。

S1、将乳清蛋白粉、玉米粉混合,然后在搅拌状态下加入复合维生素、矿物质添加剂、儿茶素、胡萝卜素、甜味剂、牛磺酸、壳聚糖,研磨,压片,得到片芯;
S2、将蜂蜡、麦芽糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷油、柠檬酸和去离子水混合,搅拌,得到包衣剂;
