Claims (4)

  1. 제일투과 최소에서의 전기광학 특성이 적어도 제이투과 최소에서의 특성만큼 예리한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정상이 적어도 두가지 성분으로 이루어진 전기광학 표시소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비틀림 네마틱 셀을 기본으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학 표시소자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, K3/K1≤0.4이고 Δε/ε1≤0.3가 되도록 액정 변수를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학 표시소자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, K3/K1≤0.8이고 Δε/ε1≤0.05가 되도록 액정변수를 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기광학 표시소자.
