Claims (9)
- 수성 펄프형태의 금속광석을 하기 일반식에 상응하는 화합물로 이루어진 부유선광 포집제 존재하에 금속이 기포중에 회수되는 조건하에 기포 부유선광공정에 도입시키는 단계로 이루어진, 금속광석으로부터 금속을 회수하는 방법.상기식에서, R은또는 이의 혼합물이고 : n은 1내지 6의 정수이거나(여기서 m은 0내지 6의 정수이다)이며; R1및 각 R2는 독립적으로 C1-22하이드로카빌, 또는 하이드록시, 아미노, 포스포닐, 알콕시, 이미노, 카바밀, 카보닐, 티오카보닐, 시아노, 카복실, 하이드로카빌티오, 하이드로카빌옥시, 하이드로카빌아미노 및 하이드로카빌이미노중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 잔기로 치횐된 C1-22하이드로 카빌이고(단, R2는 N원자에 직접 결합되는 2개의 원자를 갖는 2가 라디칼일 수 있다);X는또는(여기서 R3는 수소 또는 C1-22하이드로카빌이다)이며; a는 0,1 또는 2의 정수이고 ; b는 0,1 또는 2의 정수이며 ; 단 R2가 N원자에 직접 결합되는 2개의 원자가를 갖는 2가 라디칼인 경우에 b=0 이고 a=1이거나일 경우에 a+b=0인 것을 제외하고 a+b는 2이고, X가또는경우에 상기 카보닌 그룹은 R1에 결합된다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속광석 화합물이 하기 일반식에 상응하는 방법.상기식에서, R1은 하나 이상의 하이드록시, 아미노, 포스포닌 또는 알콕시 잔기로 치환된 C1-22하이드로카빌이고; R2는 C1-6알킬, C1-6알킬카보닌, 아미노, 하이드록시 또는 포스포닌 잔기로 치환된 C1-6알킬그룹, 또는 아미노, 하이드록시 또는 포스포닐 잔기로 치환된 C1-6알킬카보닐 그룹이며; X,a,b 및 n은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제2항에 있어서, R1이 C2-14하이드로카빌이고, R2는 C1-6알킬카보닐이며, R3가 수소 또는 C2-14하이드로카빌이고, a는 0 또는 1의 정수이며, b는 1또는 2의 정수이고, n은 1내지 4의 정수인방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, R1이 C4-11하이드로카빌이고, R2는 C1-4알킬 또는 C14알킬카보닐이며, R3가 수소 또는 C4-11하이드로카빌이고, n은 2또는 3의 정수이며, X가 -S-,또는 -O-인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, X가 -S- 또는인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, X가 -S-인 방법.
- 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 포집제가 오메가-(하이드로카빌티오)-알킬아몇, S-(오메가-아미노알킬)탄화수소 티오에이트, N-(하이드로카빌)-알파ㅡ 오메가-알칸디아민(오메가-아미노알킬)탄화수소아미드, 오메가-(하이드로카빌옥시-)-알킬아민, 오메가-아미노알킬 하이드로카보노에이트 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제1내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 포집제를 5내지 250g/미터톤의 양으로 가하는 방법.
- 제1내지 4및 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 회수된 금속이 금속 황화물, 금속 산화물 또는 귀금속인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
