Claims (5)
- 외부로 부터 흡입된 공기를 압축하는 공기 압축수단과 이 압축수단에 따라 압축된 압축공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하는 제거수단과 이 제거수단을 거친 압축공기를 초저온으로 냉각하는 열교환수단과 이 열교환수단에 따라 초저온으로 냉각된 압축공기의 일부를 액화시켜 내부에 핀 질소만을 기체로 유지시키는 질소정류탑과, 액제질소를 저장하는 액체질소 저장수단과, 이 액체질소저장수단내부의 액체질소를 압축공기액화용의 한냉원(寒冷源)으로서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑으로 유도하는제1의 유입로와 위에 기술한 액체질소저장수단내부의 액체질소를위해 기술한 열교환 수단의 한 냉원으로하도록 위해 기술한 열교환 수단으로 유도하는 제2의 유입로와 위에 기술한 질소 정류 탑 내부에 유지되어 있는 기화 질소를 제품질소가스로서위에 기술한 질소정류탑에서 배출하는 질소가스 배출로를 갖춘 고순도질소 가스제조장치.
- 외부로부터 흡입된 공기를 압축하는 공기압축수단과 이 공기 압축수단에 따라 압축된 압축공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하는 제거수단과 이 제거수단을 거친 압축공기를 초저온으로 냉각하는 열교환 수단과, 이 열교환 수단에 따라 초저온으로 냉각된 압축공기의 일부를 액화시켜 내부에 괸 질소만을 기체로 유지시키는 질소정류탑과 액체질소로 저장하는 액체질소저장 수단과, 이 액체질소 저장수단내부의 액체질소를 압축공기 액화용의 한 냉원으로서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑으로 유도하는 제1의 유입로와 위에 기술한 액체질소 저장수단내부의 액체질소를 위에 기술한 열교환수단의 한냉원으로 하도록 위에 기술한 열교환 수단으로 유도하는 제2의 유입로와, 위에 기술한 질소정류탑 내부에 유지되어 있는 기화질소를 제품 질소가스로서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑에서 배출하는 질소가스 배출로를 갖춘 고순도 질소가스 제조장치에서, 위에 기술한 질소가스 배출로 속에 초저온에서의 산소 및 일산화탄소를 선택흡착하는 흡착제를 내장하는 흡착수단이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 고순도 질소가스 제조장치.
- 흡착수단이 세공경(細孔徑) 약 3Å,4Å 혹은 5Å의 합설 제올라이트가 충전되어 있는 산소흡착통인 특허청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 고순도 질소가스제조장치.
- 외부로 부터 흡입된 공기를 압체하는 공기압축수단과 이 공기압축수단에 따라 압축된 압축공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하는 제거수단과 이 제거수단을 거친 압축공기를 초저온으로 냉각하는 열교환수단과 이 열교환 수단에 따라 초저온으로 냉각된 압축공기의 일부를 액화시켜 내부에 괸 질소만을 기체로 유지시키는 질소정류탑과 액체질소를 저장하는 액 질소저장 수단과, 이 액체질소저장 수단내부의 액체질소를 압축공기액화용의 안 냉원으로서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑으로 유도하는 제1의 유입로와, 위에 기술한 액체질소 저장수단 내부의 액체질소를 위에 기술한 열교환 수단의 한냉원으로 하도록위에 기술한 열교환 수단으로, 유도하는 제2의 유입로와 위에 기술한 질소정류탑 내부에 유지되어 있는 기화질소를 제품 질소가스로서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑에서 배출하는 질소가스 배출로를 갖춘 고순도 질소가스 제조장치에서 액체공기를 대상으로 하고 질소와 산소의 비등점의 차를 이용하여 양자(兩者)를 분리하는 산소정류탑과, 위에 기술한 질소정류탑 내부의 체류 액체공기를 위에 기술한 산소정류탑 내부로 공급하는 액체공기공급로와, 위에 기술한 산소 정류탑 내부에 있어서, 분리된 산소를 기체 상태를 배출하는 제품 산소 가스 배출로가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소가스 제조장치.
- 외부로부터 흡입된 공기를 압축하는 공기 압축수단과 이 공기 압축수단에 따라 압축된 압축공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하는 제거수단과, 이제거수단을 거친 압축공기를 최저온으로 냉각하는 열교환 수단과, 이 열교환 수단에 따라 초저온으로 냉각된 압축공기의 일부를 액화시켜 내부에 괸 질소만을 기체로 유지시키는 질소정류탑과, 액체질소를 저장하는 액체질소 저장수단과, 이 액체질소 저장수단내의 액체질소를 압축공기액화용의 한 냉원으로서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑으로 유도하는 제1의 유입로와 위에 기술한 액체질소저장단내의 액체질소를 위에 기술한 열교환 수단의 한냉원으로하도록 위에 기술한 열교환 수단으로 유도하는 제2의 유입로와 위에 기술한 질소정류탑 내부에 유지되어 있는 기화질소를 제품 질소가스로서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑에서 배출하는 질소가스 배출로를 갖춘 고순도 질소가스 제조 장치에서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑 내부에 고여있는 압축공기액화물 혹은 그 기화물등의 유체(流體)를 밖으로 방출하는 방출로를 설치하고 질소를 선택적으로 흡착하는 흡착제 내장의 흡착통이 위에 기술한 방출로에 접속시키고, 질소제거후의 유체를 배출하는 배출로가 위에 기술한 흡착통에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도질소 가스 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
