4:흡착통, 5:제1의 열교환기, 6:제2의 열교환기, 7:액체질소 저장조, 9:메인파이프, 10:정류탑, 11:산소흡착통, 12:백업시스템라인, 13:공기압축 시스템라인, 14:증발기, 15:분축기, 30:응축기, 31:연통파이프.

Claims (2)

  1. 외부로 부터 끌어들인 공기를 압축하는 공기암축 수단과 이 공기압축수단에 의해서 압축된 압축공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하는 제거수단과 액체질소를 저장하는 액체질소 저장수단과 상술한 제거수단을 거친 압축공기를 초저온으로 냉각하는 열교환 수단과 열교환 수단에 의하여 초저온으로 냉각된 압축공기의 일부를 액화하여 내부에 괴게하고 질소만을 기체로하여 유지하는 정류탑과 이 유지되어 있는 질소가스를 정류탑 2로부터 끄집어내는 발취로와 액체질소 저장수단내의 액체질소를 상술한 열교환 수단의 한냉원이 되도록 액체질소를 열교환 수단 2로 도입하는 유로와 열교환 수단의 한냉원 2로서의 작용을 끝마치고 기화한 액체질소 및 상술한 정류탑의 발취로로 부터 얻어지는 질소가스의 양쪽을 제품질소 가스로서 끄집어 내는 발취로를 갖추고 상술한 기화질소 발취로중에 초저온에서 산소 및 일산화탄소를 선택 흡착하는 흡착제를 내장하는 흡착수단이 배설되어 있는것을 특징으로하는 고순도 질소가스의 제조장치.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서 흡착수단이 세공경 약 3A,4A 혹은 5A의 합성계 올라이트가 충전되어있는 산소 흡착통인 고순도 질소가스 제조장치.
