4:흡착통, 5:제1의 열교환기, 6:제2의 열교환기, 7:액체질소 저장조, 9:메인파이프, 10:정류탑, 11:산소흡착통, 12:백업시스템라인, 13:공기압축 시스템라인, 14:증발기, 15:분축기, 30:응축기, 31:연통파이프.

Claims (2)

  1. 외부로부터 들여온 공기를 압축하는 공기압축 수단과 이 공기 압축수단에 의하여 압축된 압축 공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하는 제거수단과 액체질소를 저장하는 액체질소 저장수단과 상술한 압축공기를 초저온으로 냉각하는 열교환 수단과 이 열교환 수단에 의하여 초저온으로 냉각된 압축공기의 일부를 액화하여 내부에 괴게하고 질소만을 기체로하여 유지하는 정류탑(10)과 상술한 액체질소 저장수단내의 액체질소를 압축공기 액화용의 한냉원으로서 상술한 정류탑(10)에 도입하는 도입로와 한냉원 으로서의 작용을 마치고 기화한 액체질소 및 정류탑(10)내에 유지되고 있는 기화질소의 쌍방울 제품 질소가스로서 정류탑(10)으로 부터 들어내는 발취로를 갖추고 그 발취로중에 초저온에서 산소 및 일산탄탄소를 선택 흡착하는 흡착제를 내장하는 흡착수단이 배설되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 질소가스 제조장치.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 흡착수단이 세공경 약3Å,4Å 혹은 5Å의 합성제 올라이트가 충전되어 있는 산소흡착통(11)인 고순도 질소가스 제조장치.
