Claims (1)

  1. 외부로부터 거두어 들어진 공기를 압축하는 공기 압축수단과, 이 공기 압축 수단에 의해서 압축된 압축 공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하는 제거수단과, 이 제거수단을 거친 압축공기를 초저온으로 냉각하는 열교환수단과, 이 열교환 수단에 의하여 초저온으로 냉각된 압축공기의 일부를 액화하여 내부에 모우고 질소만을 기체로서 간직하는 정류탑과, 액체질소를 저장하는 액체질소 저장수단과, 이 액체질소저장수단내의 액체질소를 압축공기액화용의 한냉원으로서 전술한 정류탑으로 유도하는 도입로와, 전술한 정류탑내에 간직되어 있는 기화질소를 꺼내는 질소가스를 꺼내는 통로를 갖추고, 전술한 정류탑이 환류액 제조용의응축기를 내장하는 분축기부와 압축공기를 액화 분리하는 탑부로되었으며, 그 분축기부가 팽창밸브가 부착된 액체공기 취입용 파이프를 끼워서 전술한 탑부의 바닥과 연통(連通)되어 있는 동시에 그 분축기부내의 응축기의 입구 및 출구가 제1, 제2의 환류액용 파이프를 통해서 전술한 탑부의 상부에 연통되고, 전술한 탑부가 그 하부에서 전술한 염교환 수단에 접속되고, 상부에서 전술한 유입로 및 질소가스를 배출로에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도질소 가스 제조장치.
