Claims (2)
- 외부로 부터 흡입된 공기를 압축하는 공기압축수단과, 이공기 압축수단에 따라서 압축된 압축공기중의 탄산가스와 물을 제거하느 제거수단과 이제거 단을 거친 압축공기를 초저온으로 냉각하는 열교환수단과, 액체질소를 저장하는 액체질소 저장수단과 위에 기술한 열교환 수단에 따라 초저온으로 냉각된 압축공기의 일부를 액화하여 내부에 고인 질소만을 기체로 유지시키는 질소정류탑과 위에 기술한 액체질소저장 수단내의 액체질소를 압축공기액화용의 한냉원으로서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑내부로 유도하는 유입로와 한냉원(寒冷源)으로서 작용을 마치고 기화한 액체질소 및 위에 기술한 질소정류탑내부에 유지되어 있는 기화 질소와는 제품 질소가스로서 위에 기술한 질소정류탑에서 배출되는 질소가스 배출로를 갖춘 고순도 질소 가스장치로서, 액체공기를 대상으로하고 질소와 산소등의 비등점의차를 이용하여 양자(兩者)를 분리하는 질소정류탑과 위에 기술한 질소정류탑 내부의 체류액공기를 위에 기술한 산소 정류탑 내부로 공급하는 액체공기공급로와, 위에 기술한 산소정류탑내부에서 분리된 산소를 기체상태로 배출하는 제품산소가스 배출로가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 고순도 질소가스 제조장치.
