Claims (1)
- -S-R2-기를 하기식(Ⅲ) 화합물에 삽입 시키거나 하기식(Ⅳ) 화합물을 또는 그 전구체의 OH 기를 푸로로로 교환하고 필요하다면 얻어진 화합물을 탈보호화하거나 다른 생리적으로 가수분해될 수 있고 허용될 수 있는 에스테르 형태 또는 그것의 보호된 형태로 전환시키고 얻어진 화합물을 유리산 또는 염의 형태 또는 쥬피터이온 형태로 회수하는 단계로 이루어지는 하기식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조 공정.여기서 R1은 수소 또는 메틸, R2는 수소 또는 저급알킬, 저급알케닐 저급알키닐 또는 사이크로 알킬이며, 각각은 아미노, 모노 또는 디-(저급)-알킬아미노, 저급아실아미노, 카르복시, 저급알콕시카르보닐 또는 카르바모일에 의해 치환되지 않거나 모노 또는 다중 치환되었으며,하기식 (Ⅱc)의 기(CH2)P-R5(Ⅱc)여기서 R5는 페닐 또는 O. S 및 N으로 부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 헤테로 원자를 포함하는 5- 또는 6-원소의 포화 또는 불포화된 헤테로 사이클이며 이는 푸로로, 크로로, 브로모, 아미노모노 또는 디-(저급)-알킬아미노, 하이드록시, 저급알콕시, 멀캅토, 알킬티오, 페닐티오, 설파모일, 구아니디노, 니트로, 시아노, 아실아미노, 카르복시, 알콕시카르보닐 또는 카르바모일에 의해 치환되지 않거나 모노 또는 다중 치환되었으며 p는 0, 1, 2 또는 3 : 이거나,하기식(Ⅱ)(Ⅱa)(Ⅱb)기여기서 R6, R7과 R8는 같거나 각각은 수소 또는 저급알킬이거나 R6와 R8및 R7과 CH2기의 하나는 상기식(Ⅱ)의 R7과 R8에서와 같이 결합되어 고리를 형성하고 상기식(Ⅱa)와 (Ⅱb)의 R6와 R7의 고리는 알킬, 하이드록 시, 카르복시 또는 디-(저급)-알킬아미노에 의해 치환되지 않거나 모노 또는 다중치환되며 m은 2 또는 3이고, n은 1,2 또는 3, R3는 수소 또는 저급알킬, R4는 저급알킬 또는 이것의 보호된 형태 또는 생리적으로 가수분해 될 수 있고 허용될 수 있는 에스테르 형태 : 유리산 또는 염형태 또는 쥬피터 이온형태이고, R10은 유리기를 나타내고, R9는 보호기 또는 생리적으로 가수분해되고 허용될 수 있는 에스테르기이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
