Claims (9)
- 요소와, 아연, 카드뮴, 칼슘 또는 납의 산화물, 탄산염 또는 수산화물과의 반응 생성물(이 반응 생성물은 임의로 용매화 반응을 할 수 있음)로 되는 화학적 발포제용 활성제, 또는 상기 반응 생성물로 되는 고무의 가황촉진제 또는 활성제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음과 같은 원소분석을 갖는 구조식(I)의 화합물.RnM(NCO)2(I)상기 식에서, M은 아연, 카드뮴, 칼슘 또는 납이고 R은 NH3또는 용매 리간드이고, n는 0-4이며, 분수일 수도 있다.
- 요소 2-5몰 비와 아연, 카드뮴, 칼슘 또는 납의 산화물, 탄산염 또는 수산화물 1몰비를 임의로 용매의 존재하에 120°∼ 180℃의 온도에서 반응시켜서 된 반응 생성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 요소와 산화아연을 135℃-160℃에서 반응시켜서 생성된 반응생성물.
- 다음과 같은 원소분석을 갖는 구조식(I)의 화합물 또는 그의 혼합물.RnM(NCO)2(I)상기 식에서, M은 아연, 카드뮴, 칼슘 또는 아연이고, R은 NH3또는 용매 리간드이고, n은 0.5-4이며, 분수일 수도 있다.
- 제5항에 있어서, n이 1.5-2.5인 화합물 또는 그의 혼합물.
- 요소와, 아연, 카드뮴, 칼슘 또는 납의 산화물, 탄산염 또는 수산화물과 반응시켜서된 1이상의 반응 생성물(이 반응 생성물은 임의로 용매화 반응을 할 수 있음)의 적당량과 열분해성 발포제를 혼합시켜서된 활성화된 발포제 조성물.
- 요소와, 산화아연, 탄산아연 또는 수산화아연과 반응시켜서 생성된 반응 생성물과 아조디카르본아미드를 혼합시켜서 된 활성화된 발포제 조성물.
- 요소와, 아연, 카드뮴, 칼슘 또는 납의 산화물, 탄산염 또는 수산화물과 반응시켜서된 1이상의 반응 생성물(이 반응 생성물을 임의로 용매화 반응을 할 수 있음)의 적당량과 유황으로된 고무의 경화조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
