Claims (9)

  1. 물과 양성자성산의 존재하에서 오르토-페닐린 디아민과 메틸시아노 카바메이트를 반응시켜 하기 구조식의 카벤다짐을 합성함에 있어서, 반응혼합물에 환원제를 첨가함을 특징으로하여, 부산물 형성량을 감소시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환원제를 메틸 시아노 카바메이트와 함께 초기에 투입한 다음, 오르토-페닐렌디아민을 첨가하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환원제로서, 황이 +5 이하의 산화상태인 황화합물을 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 무기 황화합물을 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 환원제로서, 황화물, 폴리황화물, 티오황산염 또는 이티온산염을 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 환원제를 사용된 오르토-페닐렌디아민을 기준하여 0.1 내지 10중량%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 환원제를 사용된 오르토-페닐린디아민을 기준하여 0.5 내지 5중량%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 환원제를 전체 반응 혼합물을 기준하여 0.01 내지 1.0중량%의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 반응을 불활성 기체 대기하에서 수행하는 방법.
