- (A) 필라멘트 또는 강철의 코드, (B) 필라멘트 또는 강철의 코드상에 주로 황동 또는 아연으로 구성된 미세한 다공성 금속 피복물 및 (C) 다음 일반식(I),(II),(III),(IV)의 화합물로 구성되어 있는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물, 적어도 하나의 디페닐카바지드 또는 1,5-펜타메틸렌테트라졸, 벤조트리아졸 100중량부 및 다음 일반식(V) 화합물의 약 10 내지 약 150중량부(바람직하기로는 약 25 내지 100중량부)로 구성되어 있는 상승혼합물, 벤조트리아졸 또는 일반식(I)의 치환된 벤조트리아졸 100중량부와 적어도 하나의 디티오오스아미드, 1,2,3-트리아졸, 2,1,3-벤조티아디아졸의 약 20 내지 25중량부(바람직하기로는 약 25 내지 50중량부) 또는 일반식(VI)를 갖는 적어도 하나의 화합물 약 0.5 내지 약 10중량부(바람직하기로는 약 1 내지 약 8중량부)의 상승 혼합물로 구성된 오버코트의 조성물로 수득될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트(이 필라멘트는 코드와 함께 케이블화된 다수의 필라멘트 형태로 될 수 있음).상기 일반식을 설명하면, R은 적어도 하나의 니트로로부터 선택된 기와 탄소수 1 내지 10(바람직하기로는 탄소수 1 내지 6)를 갖는 포화알킬기이며,R'는 R의 기로부터 선택된 기 및 수소이며,R''는 적어도 하나의 -NH-C6H5와 -CS-NH-NH-C6-H5로 부터 선택된 기이며,X는 적어도 하나의 황, 산소 및 암모늄으로 부터 선택된 기이며,X'는 탄소수 1 내지 10(바람직하기로는 탄소수 1 내지 6)를 갖는 적어도 하나의 포화 알킬기, 알킬 치환 또는 비치환 페닐, 벤질 또는 사이클로헥실이며,M은 적어도 하나의 알카리 금속기(바람직하기로는 나트륨 또는 칼륨), 적어도 하나의 동 및 아연으로 부터 선택된 다가 금속, 또는 알카리토금속(바람직하기로는 칼슘) 또는 수소이며,Y는 적어도 하나의 수소로부터 선택된 기 및 하이드록실기이며,Q는 적어도 하나의 수소로부터 선택된 기 또는 -SM기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R,R' 및 X'의 알킬기는 메틸, 에틸 및 니트로기로부터 선택되며, X는 황 및 산소기로부터 선택되며, M은 나트륨 또는 칼륨으로부터 선택되며, Y는 하이드록실기이고, 또는 Q는 수소기인 상기 필라멘트.
- 제2항에 있어서, X'가 헥실기인 상기 필라멘트.
- 5-니트로 벤조트리아졸 및 5-메틸벤조트리아졸로부터 선택된 일반식(I)의 적어도 한 화합물로 구성된 오버코트를 갖는 상기 제1항의 필라멘트.
- 2-머르캅토벤조티아졸, 2-머르캅토벤조티아졸 나트륨염, 2-머르캅토 벤조옥사졸, 2-머르캅토-6-니트로벤조티아졸, 2-머르캅토-6-메틸벤조티아졸, 벤조사졸 및 벤조티아졸로부터 선택된 일반식(II)의 적어도 한 화합물로 구성된 오버코트를 갖는 상기 제1항의 필라멘트.
- 디페닐티아카바존 및 1,3-디페닐트리아젠으로부터 선택된 일반식(III)의 적어도 한 화합물로 구성된 오버코트를 갖는 상기 제1항의 필라멘트.
- 일반식(IV)화합물 1,2,3 벤조티아진-4(3H) 온으로 구성된 오버코트를 갖는 상기 제1항의 필라멘트.
- 1-하이드록시벤조트리아졸, 6-메틸벤조트리아졸 및 5-니트로 벤조트리아졸로부터 선택된 일반식(V)의 적어도 한 화합물로 구성된 오버코트를 갖는 상기 제1항의 필라멘트.
- 포타슘 헥실산테이트 및 포타슘 에틸산테이트로 부터 선택된 일반식(VI)의 적어도 한 화합물로 구성된 오버코트를 상기 제1항의 필라멘트.
- 1-하이드로시벤조트리아졸과 벤조트리아졸, 소량의 수증기 존재 또는 부재하에 칼륨 또는 소디늄 헥실산테이트와 벤조트리아졸, 5-니트로벤조트리아졸과 벤조트리아졸 및 벤조트리아졸과 소량의 물로부터 선택된 화합물중 적어도 하나의 혼합물로 구성된 오버코트를 갖는 상기 제1항의 필라멘트.
- 황-경화 고무로 구성되어 있으며 보강제로써 황-경화 고무중에 상기 제1항의 필라멘트 또는 코드를 함유하는 조성물.
- 황-경화 고무로 구성되어 있으며 보강제로써 황-경화 고무중에 상기 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항의 필라멘트 또는 코드를 함유하는 조성물.
- 황-경화 고무로 구성되어 있으며 보강제로써 황-경화 고무중에 상기 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항의 필라멘트 또는 코드를 함유하는 조성물.
- 황-경화 고무로 구성되어 있으며 보강제로써 황-경화 고무중에 상기 제8항, 제9항 또는 제10항의 필라멘트 또는 코드를 함유하는 조성물.
- 황-경화 고무로 구성되어 있으며 황-경화 고무중에 상기 제1항의 필라멘트 또는 코드를 함유하는 조성물에 있어서 오버코트 화합물의 일부가 고무중에 함유되어 있는 상기 조성물.
- 황-경화 고무로 구성되어 있으며 황-경화 고무중에 상기 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항의 필라멘트 또는 코드를 함유하는 조성물에 있어서 오버코트 화합물의 일부가 고무중에 함유되어 있는 상기 조성물.
- 황-경화 고무로 구성되어 있으며 황-경화 고무중에 상기 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항의 필라멘트 또는 코드를 함유하는 조성물에 있어서 오버코트 화합물의 일부가 고무중에 함유되어 있는 상기 조성물.
