Claims (16)
- 다음 일반식(5)의 아미노디케톤을 시아네이트 또는 티오시아네이트 염과 반응시키고, T가 2가 황원자인 화합물을 원하는 경우에는 T가 산소원자인 생성물을 5 황화인과 반응시키며, R이 수소가 아닌 화합물을 원하는 경우에는 R이 수소인 생성물을 할로겐화 아실 또는 알킬화제와 반응시키고, 약제학적으로 무독한 염을 원하는 경우에는 생성물을 금속 염기성염 또는 무기 또는 유기산과 반응시키며 이들로부터 알카노일 이미다졸-2-온을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다음 일반식(1)의 알카노일이미다졸-2-온 및 그의 약제학적으로 무독한염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, Q 및 T는 각각 산소원자 또는 2가 황원자이며; R은 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알카노일 또는 벤조일이고; R1은 수소 또는 저급알킬이며; R2는 저급 지방족 탄화수소기, 페닐알킬렌 또는 헤테로 사이클로 알킬렌이고; R′는 수소 또는 저급알킬카보닐이며; 단, 1) R1이 수소이면, R2는 펜틸이 아니고; 2) R1이 멘틸이면, R2는 프로필 또는 펜틸이 아니며; 3) R2는 메틸일 수 없다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이며, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이며, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자이고 R1이 메틸그룹인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이며, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자이고 R1이 에틸그룹인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소이며, Q 및 T가 각각 산소원자이고 R1이 수소원자인 방법.

- 다음 일반식(3)의 이미다졸-2-온을 루이스산 촉매의 존재하에서 할로겐화 아로일과 반응시키고, T가 2가 황원자인 화합물을 원하는 경우에는 T가 산소원자인 생성물을 5 황화인과 반응시키며, R이 수소가 아닌 화합물을 원하는 경우에는 R이 수소인 생성물을 할로겐화아실 또는 알킬화제와 반응시키고, 약제학적으로 무독한 염을 원하는 경우에는 생성물을 금속염기성염 또는 무기 또는 유기산과 반응시키며, 이들로부터 알카노일이미다졸-2-온을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 다음 일반식(1)의 알카노일이미다졸-2-온 및 그의 약제학적으로 무독한 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, T는 산소원자 또는 2가 황원자이며; R은 수소, 저급알킬, 저급알카노일 또는 벤조일이고; R1은 수소 또는 저급알킬이며; R2는 저급 지방족 탄화수소기, 페닐알 킬렌 또는 헤테로사이클로알킬렌이고; 단, 1) R1이 수소이면, R2는 펜틸이 아니며, 2) R1이 메틸이면, R2는 프로필 또는 펜틸이 아니고, 3) R2는 메틸일 수 없다.
- 제9항에 있어서, R이 수소이며, T가 산소원자인 방법.
