Claims (2)
- (가) 4-(Py-Y)-1,2-벤젠디아민과 화학식 R-C(OR1)3(R1: 저급 알킬)의 오르토(저급)알칸산트리(저급 알킬)을 반응시켜 화학식 I의 화합물을 제조하거나(나) 4-(Py-Y)-1,2-벤젠디아민과 디메틸포름아미드디메틸 아세탈 또는 디메틸아세트아미드 디메틸아세탈을 반응시켜화학식 I(R : 메틸 또는 에틸)의 화합물을 제조하거나(다) 화학식 R'-C'=O(R' : 저급 알킬)의 알칸오일을 생성하는 1몰 등량의 알칸오일화제와 4-(Py-Y)-1,2-벤젠디아민을 반응시켜 N2-[R'-C(=O)]-4-(Py-Y)-1,2-벤젠디아민을 제조하여 이것을 가열하므로서 화학식 I(R : 저급 알킬)의 화합물을 제조하거나(라) 촉매 작용에 의한 수소화 반응 제건하에서 3-니트로-N-(RCO)-4-(Py-Y)-1-벤젠디아민과 수소를 반응시키고 필요에 따라서는 생성된 유리 염기를 산첨가염으로 전환시키므로서 화학식 I 또는 II를 가진 화합물 또는 이것의 산첨가염의 제제방법.단, 위의 식에서Y : 탄소원자수가 1-2인 저급 알킬렌 또는 직접 결합군,R : 수소 또는 저급 알킬,Py : 1개 또는 2개의 저급 알킬 치환요소를 가진 4-또는 3-피리딘일 또는 4-또는 피리딘일
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서 Py를 4-또는 3-피리딘일로 하고, Y를 직접 결합군 또는 메틸렌으로 하며, R을 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
