Claims (6)

  1. 구조식(II)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 2,3산화질소와 반응시켜서 구조식(Ia)의 화합물 또는 그염을 제조하거나, 구조식(Ib)의 화합물 또는 그염을 알킬화제와 반응시켜서 구조식(Ic)의 화합물 또는 그염을 제조하거나, 구조식(Id)의 화합물 또는 그염을 탈에스테르화하여 구조식(Ie)의 화합물 또는 그염을 제조하거나, 구조식(If)의 화합물 또는 그염을 하이드록실아민 또는 그 산부가염과 반응시켜서 구조식(Ig)의 화합물 또는 그염을 제조하거나, 구조식(If)의 화합물을 환원시켜서 구조식(Ih)의 화합물을 제조하거나, 구조식(III)의 학합물 또는 그 염을 하이드록실아민 또는 그 염과 반응시켜서 구조식(Ii)의 화합물을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 다음구조식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 상기식에서, R1은 수소; 저급알킬; 또는 저급알콕시 페닐, R2는 수소 또는 저급알킬, R3및 R5는 각각 수소이거나; 또는 함께 다음구조식의 기(여기에서 R4와 R6는 다음에 정의한 바와 같다)를 형성하며, R4는 저급알킬, R6는 수소; 또는 저급알킬, R7은수소; 하이드록시이미노메틸; 시아노;포밀피페라진, 카보닐; 알카노일; 에스테르화카복시; 또는 하이드록시나 저급알카노일옥시를 가질수도 있는 저급알킬; 또는 다음 구조식의 기; 여기에서 R8와 R9은 각각 수소; 또는 카복시; 에스테르화카복시, 하이드록시 및 페닐에서 선택된 하나이상의 치환체를 가질수도 있는 저급알킬; 또는 R8와 R9와 함께 피페리딘환을 형성할 수도 있으며, R10은 수소; 또는 카복시나 에스테르화 카복시를 가질수도 있는 저급알킬이다. Ra 7는 시아노; 포밀-피페라진카보닐; 알카노일; 에스테르화카복시; 하이드록시나 저급알카노일옥시를 가질수도 있는 저급알킬; 또는 다음 구조식의 기;, 여기에서 R8와 R9은 각각 수소; 또는 카복시, 에스테르화카복시, 하이드록시 및 페닐에서 선택된 하나이상의 치환체를 가질 수도 있는 저급알킬, 이거나 또는 R8와 R9은 함께 피페리딘 환을 형성할 수도 있다; Ra 10는 카복시 또는 에스테르화카복시를 가질수도 있는 저급 알킬; Rb10는 에스테르화카복시를 가지는 저급알킬; Rc10는 카복시를 가지는 저급알킬이다.
