Claims (2)
- 포유동물숙주의 몸무게 kg당 0.01-0.4mg의 무독성 효과적인 복용량을 제공하도록 본 발명의 화합물과 제약학적 매개물로 구성하는 단계적 투여용의 단위복용 성태의 제약학적 조성물.
- 하기 구조식(2)의 테트라히드로피리딘 혹은 그 전구물질과 하기 구조식(3)의 스피로글루타릭산 유도체와 불활성 유기액체 미디엄에서 상승된 온도로 반응시키거나, 구조식(2)의 중간체가 반응체로 사용되는 경우 탈수소단계를 포괄하는 것으로 구성되는 아자스피로알간디온을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 n은 4 혹은 5인 기수, A는 2-5탄소원자를 지닌 이가 직쇄알킬렌, B는 구조식의 기(단 R은 수소, 1-4 탄소원자의 저급알킬, 혹은 할로겐임),Y는 수소, H2NA-일 때 0 혹은 Y가 XA-일 때 NH, 혹은 (CH2)n=이거나, 혹은 Y가 수소일 때 NAX임.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
