Claims (3)

  1. 구조식(A)화합물을 일반식(B)화합물과 반응시켜 R1및 R2가 함께 결합을 나타내고 Q가 NR이며 R3및 R4가 함께 =S를 나타내는 일반식(I)화합물을 생성시키거나 ;
    R3및 R4가 =S를 나타내는 일반식(I)화합물을 환원시켜 R3및 R4가 수소인 일반식(I)화합물을 생성시키거나 ;
    R1및 R2가 결합을 나타내는 일반식(I)화합물을 환원시켜 R1및 R2가 수소인 일반식(I)화합물을 생성시키거나 ;
    R이 수소인 일반식(I)화합물을 알킬화시켜 R이 C1-C4알킬인 일반식(I)화합물을 생성시키거나 ;
    구조식(C)화합물을 포름산과 반응시켜 Q가 산소이고, R1및 R2가 함께 결합을 나타내며, R3및 R4가 수소인 일반식(I)화합물을 생성시키거나, 구조식(C)화합물을 이황화탄소와 반응시켜 Q가 산소이고, R1및 R2가 함께 결합을 나타내며, R3및 R4가 함께 =S를 나타내는 일반식(I)화하불을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)화합물 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용되는 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서
    Q는 산소 또는 NR (여기서, R은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이다)이고 ;
    R1및 R2는 각기 수소이거나, 함께는 결합을 형성하며 ;
    R3및 R4는 각기 수소이거나, 함께는 =S를 나타내고 ;
    단, R1및 R2가 함께 결합을 나타내고, Q가 NH인 경우에 R3및 R4는 단지 수소일 수 있다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)화합물 또는 약학적으로 허용되는 이의 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이다.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 5-{[3,5-비스(1,1-디메틸에틸)-4-하이드록시페닐]메틸렌}-3-메틸-4-티아졸리딘온을 제조하는 방법.
